Philippine Long Distance Telephone [PLDT] review: home internet service

We have been without Internet service for two weeks now and have been informed that we need to pay 48 Peso per day For no services rendered. We are in the United States now cannot get a hold of our relatives. PLDT is the worst Internet company I have ever seen. They owe us. This is not the first time that this is happened. We've made several service calls they can't seem to get it fixed again. In the past we lost service for one month. They want us to pay our money though the only thing that we here is we are so sorry sir
