I ordered the above in February 2020 and received a link etc to an online item.

I have noticed today that since then USD 67.73 were taken from my bank-account. I do not recall having agreed to a subscription, there is nothing I received monthly from Millennium Publishing for this money, nor have I authorised a direct debit from my account/card.

I have written an email to PM today asking for a refund. no answer has yet been received but I am appalled by this scam.

Perhaps I should have been more vigilant but I might be forgiven for not expecting to be scammed.

There is nothing on the website that allows me to cancel a subscription (if I had one perhaps I could find access to it?) nor do I have any email or indication in an email from PM that I am subscribing to a monthly debit.

Please advice on reimbursement and cancellation of this wretched scam.

I note that I am sadly not the only person being scammed and wonder how this company is still in business.

I keep getting monthly charges on my credit card from this company. I do not recall ordering anything from them. I may have, long ago, since I am an author, but I have not received services from them. This is $67/PER MONTH! I want this to stop. I have complained to my credit card company as well. I have tried to call them and their phone service is not responsive. I have filed a dispute resolution with Bank of America. I don't know what else to do. This charge keeps showing up month after month, which is suspicious. My credit card statement provides me with no client number. I would like to know what they're charging me for.

I did not authorize a payment to Platinum Millenium but a charge for $67.73 showed up on my credit card today. I am on the phone with the bank now to cancel the payment,

For some time now I have been receiving unauthorized debits of USD 67.73 from this particular company for services I haven't authorized.
Please kindly remove me from your list to stop this unnecessary charges. Attached. Is a picture of one of the charges.

I keep very detailed records of what I purchase and this is a company I have never done business with. The charge is for $67.73 dated 4/13/2021. Last 4 digits of my card are 3821, it's a visa debit card with Chime bank who is owned by Bancorp. This charge has made my account go negative, please reverse the charges.

I purchased an ebook concerning how to write science fiction and fantasy novels during February, 2021 and paid $27.00. The money was taken from my Visa account, but I was never able to access the ebook, the link goes to a
404 page.

I have now had an additional with draw of $67.73 from Platinum Millennium Publishing that was not authorized. I did not purchase anything else from this company and the with draws have been made without my consent.

I need the with draws to stop immediately. The $27.00USD, for the ebook I have never received and $67.73USD also reimbursed back to my account.

After an email from my CapitolOne credit card company about charges to my account, I went back over my statements and find that this company charges me $67 each month on or about the 11th of each month. I never authorized this. I checked them out and found that they are behind Writers Life. I did order a "free" book from them, paying a $1.00 mailing fee. Now where the monthly 67 charges come from, I do not know. I have been very ill and hospitalized for some weeks for surgery, Covid, c-diff and pneumonia. I am 70 years old, retired, on a fixed income, and there is no way in the world that I can pay these charges without using my prescription meds money. What can I do to get help with this and stop any future charges.

I recently noticed charges of $67 on my credit card from platinum millennium publishing. I do not recall authorizing these charges and have no idea what they are for. I request that these charges cease immediately.

​I recently checked my Philippine National Bank online banking app and noticed that there had been recurring monthly charges on my debit card as payment to "POS-MC Platinum Millennium Pu 186" in varying amounts. The latest charge for Php 3, 360.99 was made on January 25, 2021, and another charge for Php 3, 358.25 was made last December 24, 2020. I remember seeing similar charges earlier but I can no longer access them on my app. I have no idea what these charges are all about and I don't know anything about "Platinum Millennium Publishing".

From 28 December 2019 until 22 November 2020 my VISA card (no. [protected]) was charged monthly for 67, 73 USD by PLATINUMMILLENNIUMPUBLIS - US - 27529 GARNER.

This adds up to a total amount of 67, 73×12 = 812, 76 USD charged without my permission.

Apparently it is for a subscription to some service from Writers Life (Writerslife.org). I never agreed with such a subscription.

I therefore ask this company to cancel this subscription, and to refund the unauthorized charges. As my VISA card is expired now, they can refund me on my Paypal Account using my email address: [protected]@scarlet.be.

MY account was debited for an equivalent of $67 in my local currency on the 25th November, 2020. the code for the transaction is FBN/PLATINUMMILLENNIUMPUBL/[protected]/NC/US. I do not know what the debit is for; I attempted verifying from their website but a message came on telling me the my IP address is barred from the website. I neither ordered nor received any product or service, in fact I saw the website for the first time on my bank statement. Kindly ask them to refund my 67USD and they are barred from assessing my account after the refund.

I purchased an ebook on 'How to write science fiction and fantasy' on the 9/7/2020 and paid $27.00USD. The money was debited from my account and I have never been able to access the ebook as the link continues to go to a 404 page.

I have since been debited for $67.73USD on the 24/7/2020 and again 67.71USD on the 2/9/2020.

These last two withdrawals from my account are not for anything that I have purchased and have been made without my consent.

I would like the full amounts of $27.00USD, $67.73USD and $67.71USD all reimbursed back to my account please as I have never received the ebook for my first payment and did not agree to any further withdrawals from my bank account.

I have attached copies of the withdrawals from my account and also the initial email sent from you.

I would like this issue resolved with the funds reimbursed as soon as possible please.

As of today, I was charged with 592, 43 SEK (swedish krona), about $69, without having made a purchase. I don't even know what this company does. All it said is in my bank account is Platinum Millennium Pu and the amount, but no email to go with it, no order confirmation or anything. Attaching a print screen of the transaction.

I want an explaination of this and I request a refund!

I do not know nor have I heard anything about Platinum Millennium Publishing. But I just received a text message from my bank - the Philippine National Bank (PNB) - thanking me for using my debit card ending 0270 for payment to "Merchant Platinum Millennium Pu" on 08/26/20 at 02:01pm. I have never authorized such payment and I am sure I was asleep at that time.

I checked my Philippine National Bank online app and saw that my account was debited the amount of Php 3, 387.63 as payment to "POS-MC Platinum Millennium Pu 186". I took a screengrab of that portion of my bank statement which I am sharing below.

I want a full refund of that unauthorized charge and I will be grateful for your assistance. Thank you very much.

This charge just appeared on an alert from my bank. I have no idea what this is for and I am doubly sure that I did not authorize such a charge.

I immediately attempted to call you at 972.903.9001 and got a message stating that the number I called did not have a voicemail that was set up yet!

Return the funds immediately to my account or I will instantly call my attorney and let him handle this matter.

When ordering items from their site, they state that they are free, however to receive them via a download link only it seems, you have to pay, which I did for three different products.
When ordering your payment and address details on the page, the payment is then taken, but its not made clear that has happened, and for at least another 7 or 8 pages you are offered yet more products, to add to the order, with again nothing on any of those pages confirming the payment was taken.
Yesterday I saw a pending payment for £51.83 from this company, so did some digging online and worked out who it was and what it was about. I then checked all the emails I had received from them, no mention of a membership. Next step was to email their support department, a few hours later I received a copy of an invoice dated the 24th July, nothing else. On that invoice it mentioned a product I had bought, nothing else. A couple of hours after that I received another email that said I had agreed to paying the membership fee, I did not and as I told them I have never logged into it. As per their terms and conditions I am entitled to a refund, which I've asked them, no reply.

Their support request is 189840, and I would like a refund asap, it has put me overdrawn and I am incurring bank charges.

Well what had happened was this: I signed up for a free pdf & sign, I did not make a $67.73 purchase. But today I found a charge for $67.73 from that company for a "subscription" that I had never ordered! I have called them & left a voice message, & I had also sent them an email message to their customer support. Now I am writing to you as well... Can you please be able to help me solve this matter, and get my money refunded & make sure I am unsubscribed from their "subscription" that I necer signed up for?
