Planet Fitness review: Refund

I filed a request to have $22.01 put back into my account, but after a month I'm waiting. Demi who is my contact at 4700 Jonesboro Rd Union City Planet Fitness has not made this a happy experience. Planet Fitness pulled funds from my account illegally. The fitness rep who walked me through the process of withdrawing my activity made a mistake.
