Planet Fitness

I went to Planet Fitness on August 22, 2020 in Pflugerville to find out why they were drafting my account $10.83 and was told by their representative manager that my account was closed and that Planet Fitness system did not show they were drafting my account. The employee contacted the corporate office who told him to tell me to send an email to their email link AM.Plugerville @excelfitness.com in writing about the drafts on my account along with copies of my bank statement. I did.

August 25, 2020, I sent email to the email link to AM.[protected]@excelfitness.com as instructed and requested that they refund the monies withdrawn that was unauthorized. I also provided a copy of my bank statement.

August 26, I received a call from Kane at the Pflugerville site around 8:31p.m., stating he checked all their system records and could not find any account that is opened for me in their system and to contact my bank to stop all payments. I did. I'm upset because of the lack of customer service received.

August 27, 2020, received email from Mr. Kane and again he stated he was not able to find anything.

August 28, 2020; my bank placed a stop permanent for Planet Fitness.

September 3, 2020; I contacted my bank to find out why Planet Fitness withdrew funds again from my account and was told by the their customer that Planet Fitness used the process to debit my account. Had to submit another form to my bank to cancel the debit process and to get a new debit card and my account has been cancelled. No one should have to do all this work for a company that is fraudulently withdrawing funds from someone's account that was cancelled in 2016.

Wow, I am so disappointed because this agency withdrew funds from my account and they could not tell me why. This company has withdrawn a total of $145.00 from my account and no one is taking responsibility as to who is going to refund my money.
