Planet Fitness review: I am complaining about annual fee was charge

I am Alla Kantarovich membership#[protected] and my husband Yakov Kantarovich membership#[protected]. We were a members since 2011. Becouse of Covid19 Planet Fitness was close. They reopen in September. On October2, 2020 we came to gym to freeze membershipsBut Planet Fitness still took out of my bank account automaticaly $30.31. If gym was close for 7 months why you charge annual fee. We cancell memberships. You lost a good customers. The manager of Planet Fitness ForestAve2 club#09462 was very rude.
