Planet Fitness review: Billing

I was charged over $60 in the last 2 weeks from planet fitness. $21 for my membership, and $39 for the annual fee even though I thought all accounts were frozen. I haven't been to the gym since march, due to the global pandemic. The gym is the last place I would go right now... Especially a gym as dirty and unkept as planet fitness. And now I cant even reach my home gym because their phone number goes straight to voicemail and the answering machine is full. When I emailed member services they told me I needed to contact my home gym, which isn't reachable. This is so unethical and can't be legal
