Planet DISH

So, I recently had a technician from Planet DISH come over to install my TV service. Let me tell you, this guy wasn't really putting in much effort because we didn't have all flat screen TVs. It seemed like he just didn't want to do it. But, I managed to have a chat with him while I was at work, and let me tell you, things changed after that conversation. He finally got the job done, if you know what I mean.

Planet DISH was really helpful and hardworking. I had a bit of trouble getting my second TV to connect to the Joey. It still doesn't work right. It did when they left, but now I have to unplug it every now and then to make it work!

I didn't know I needed internet to fully enjoy all the great features of Dish. When I called, they asked if I had internet and I said no. But now I realize that having internet would cost me an additional $60 per month, which makes Direct Way cheaper than you. I'm really disappointed and when my 2-year contract is up, I'm definitely going back to Direct. I'm also going to let all my friends know about this.

I gotta say, I was pretty surprised when I found out that Planet DISH was gonna charge me $49.00 for who knows what reason. I mean, the real Dish doesn't do that, so why should they? I decided to give 'em a call and let 'em know that I wasn't too happy about it. They promised me a refund of $49.99, but honestly, I don't have high hopes of ever seeing that money again. I wouldn't even think about recommending them to anyone. Seriously, stay far away from these guys 'cause they're nothing but a bunch of liars.

I gotta say, my experience with Planet DISH was a total letdown. First off, they straight up lied to me about getting dish installed. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, our internet never even got set up. Talk about a double whammy!

I mean, seriously, if you're gonna work with Dish, you should really train your employees not to fib. It's just common sense, right? We were trying to save some cash here, but instead, we ended up shelling out more dough. Not cool, Planet DISH, not cool at all.

Let me tell ya, I won't be recommending you to anyone. Nope, not a chance. And as for me, well, I'll never go through you guys again. This whole experience was just the worst. Ugh!
