PicMonkey review: unauthorized credit card charges

Automatically took money out of checking account
Requested a refund
Company refused. PicMonkey closed account yet still kept money. In my opinion, this is fraud. I would not advise anyone to use this company unless they like to donate money to them while not using. Contacting this company is almost impossible which makes it much more difficult to try to cancel.
