PG Glass review: If I could rate my experience at zero out of 5 I would.

If I could rate my experience at zero out of 5 I would. We scheduled our windscreen replacement for a date with PG Glass, when the time came for them to do the job,no one showed up ,and when we called them they said they had no record of this replacement. Then we rescheduled, and they confirmed the time again via message, the time was not according to our cell phone conversation. They confirmed it was a system error. Today they were finally supposed to show up at 08:30 ,they called to say they made a mistake once again and will only be able to show up at 12:00 today. They didn't offer to do anything to make these consecutive mistakes right, which makes it look like they don't care about how they treat their customers. Why should I use their services in the future if they don't care about my experience or my car?
