Peugeot peugeot 508

Good evening, I own a Peugeot 508 2014 model. I am a person doing all maintenance in the power of attorney after I completed the maintenance of sixty thousand kilos. I have on the screen that there is a problem with the level of oil so I went to the power of attorney. They asked me to do the seventy thousand kilograms, knowing that i did not exceed . They confirmed that there was a problem with the lack of oil in the car and they changed the rocker cover as a solution at the beginning so that they could find out the problem and after only a week the oil was shortened again so I was crowned informing them if he had a problem in the cover and they changed for the second time. Now, after only 4 months have passed The oil was reduced 4 kilos and when I asked them they told me it was not their problem and I have to do on my personal reform. Do this client Peugeot customers service?, which is the right to buy a car will not be reached seventy thousand kilometers there is a problem in the motor and that the company is not responsible for repair. I am very upset about the agency and their dealings with Peugeot customers. It is the right of a large company like you to keep its customers.

Bonsoir, je possède un modèle Peugeot 508 2014. Je suis une personne qui fait tout l'entretien dans la procuration après avoir terminé l'entretien de soixante mille kilos. J'ai à l'écran qu'il y a un problème avec le niveau d'huile alors je suis allé voir la procuration. Ils m'ont demandé de faire les soixante-dix mille kilogrammes, sachant que je ne dépassais pas. Ils ont confirmé qu'il y avait un problème avec le manque d'huile dans la voiture et ils ont changé le couvre-culasse comme solution au début afin qu'ils puissent découvrir le problème et après seulement une semaine, l'huile a été raccourcie à nouveau, j'ai donc été couronné informant eux s'il avait un problème dans la couverture et ils ont changé pour la deuxième fois. Maintenant, après seulement 4 mois se sont écoulés L'huile a été réduite de 4 kilos et quand je leur ai demandé, ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas leur problème et je dois faire sur ma réforme personnelle. Est-ce que ce service client Peugeot clients ?, qui est le droit d'acheter une voiture ne sera pas atteint soixante-dix mille kilomètres il y a un problème dans le moteur et que l'entreprise n'est pas responsable de la réparation. Je suis très contrarié par l'agence et ses relations avec les clients Peugeot. C'est le droit d'une grande entreprise comme vous de garder ses clients.

Peugeot guaranteed parts

I drive Peugeot 508 model 2016. When I have taken my car to 105000 service maintenance I wanted them to look at the headlight.

They turned to me and informed me about inopeartive of the engines of the headlights . I have had different type and model of cars for 45 years.

To change the engines will be costed to me over 1000 Turkish Lira. I did not accept that and wanted to change them free of charge. They made only 250 Turkish Lira discount.

Since this is not my fault and such a failure should not be happened to that standard of car in three years I am looking forward your decision and Inform Turkish Regional Office.

Peugeot 408 -1.6 turbo - engine fault : repair needed

Thanks for your extended warranty for PLG6106 (Peugeot 408 - 1.6 Turbo) Malaysia registration number. After a lot of hassle for last few years (All the while the car being serviced at CS Euro Auto Sdn. Bhd. Taman Bayu, Butterworth, Malaysia.Tel 604- 3327001) the new engine and other parts being fixed and the car being hand over to me on 14 October 2019. After i just drive not even 10 kilometers (with the happiness of new engine and all problems being solved) the "engine faulty repair needed" error pop . The car is under power and the rpm is very high. (All the while same problem being incurred few times and got lodge a complain.) I drive back the car to the center again. As per service personnel the car not enough fuel after fill up should be "ok". After refill the petrol, the problem still there. Than the service personal try to do something and error being resolved. They said the problem solved. After i drive again about 30 kilometers on the way home, the same error pop up again and my car went under power again. Just imagine my trust again the car and the service personal. I call up again and they said i need to drive in again to recheck. I really do not understand what kind of services being provided by the above service center either its a car problem or the service personal is not trained enough. I told them to give me the permanent solution and until till to date i did not get any further feedback from them.

For your kind information the car PLG 6106 being registered under my wife name, S Sarala Shumugam and i am her husband Kartika Tipan Ramachandran being an authorised driver. (Since we bought the car)

I expect the permanent solutions for this car. All the while, since i bought the car so many problems and have to drive in many times to solve the matter. For your kind information, Professionally i am an accountant and lost lot of my time and money.
Every time i have to drive about 120 kilometers from my home (thru and flow).

I expect the hear from your HQ within another 7 days. I got no other choice than bring this matter to public media and bring the case to consumer tribunal as well.

The the matter that you guys discussed that new engine and legal problem is out of topic. Buy anyway, the new engine has been changed. The vehicle registration card also already updated. By the time I hand over the car to change the new engine, I already highlight to them that engine faulty repair needed indication is already over there. As per the service personal, once the new engine is fixed the engine faulty problem will be solved permenantly. I am very up sad because after the new engine is fixed, why the same problem is still exist? Is it they didn't check the problem ? or they service personal are nor well verse enough. If any of the part has to be changed than why they change yet? How many times i have to drive to this service center to complain about the problem of this car? How much time is wasted ? What is our reliability towards the Peugeot cars?

@kartika, how sure are you it is a new engine that they gave you? Have you check the engine number? Is the engine number still the same as per your vehicle registration card? If they changed to a new engine for you, you would have a new engine number.
Then, another problem arises. If really they did change to a new engine with a new engine number but your vehicle registration card did not show to new engine number, then you are driving illegally and liable for prosecutions from the authorities.

Peugeot 208 - front window sealant

Dear madame/sir(s)

I'm a peugeot customer and very disappointed with the brand quality and customer care.

I have a 208 bought in 08/2016, in portugal, in an official partner (www.caetanomotors.pt/) and made a warranty extension last year before it finished.

Last august I took the car for the annual check up and maintenance (same place where I bought it) and told them that last time I went to wash it I watch that a drop of water was sliding on the inside of the front glass, and if they could check that. When I went to get the car they told me that they couldn't confirm that and if it happened again I should that the car again. And that happened a few weeks after when I washed the car - 2 lines of water sliding on the inside of the vehicule. So I took it there, the official maintenance shop, and they acceded the problem and send the request to replace the component through the warranty and sended the request for peugeot portugal, and it shouldn't have any problem. But a few days (!?) later they told me that the request was refused because that wasn't covered (!?) but because I was a faithful costumer with all the maintenance made on the brand official partners they would pay half the price and I would pay the rest (!?). Which I refused because there is no reason for a car with less than 3 years with no accident or major maintenance task that justifies that water is coming inside the front glass, so if it is a structural or joints problem or even a assembly mistake. It is my understanding, as a client and engineer, that the peugeot has to assume their failure and correct it with no (more!) prejudice for the client. At least I would assume the brand has a good costumer care and wishes to keep and add new clients but it hasn't happened with me so far. This is not my failure and the brand has failed me not to assume your mistakes whether is on the materials choice or assembly, but the car came to me with a defect and I shouldn't have to pay for it. The store (caetanoretail) failed me and peugeot portugal (process number [protected]) also but hope you don't and we can still solve the problem with no more prejudice for me (for now it's been many hours trying to solve it since august 19'). This is my last chance to fix this in a good way otherwise I will advance with a formal complain in the justice because is unacceptable that this happens these days. Hope to have an answer from you soon.

Peugeot Peugeot 3008 year 2014, hybrid/ diesel

To whom it may concerns
Please do not refer me to Serbia facilities because I am struggling with a car since this June.
I bought second hand import from France car from semi dealer in Belgrade. Serbia is Wild West and I don't know who can say they are legal' recognized ‘ dealers here.
Car in the beginning had difficulty in starting to drive.
Once just stood on the hill not moving.
I took it back where I bought it to be told computer is not showing anything. Problem escalated on weekly bases that it shows engine failure needs repear and triangle. I was told computer is not showing fault. Car now when sign comes on doesn't want ( struggles) to put in first, second, third gear. Then if I manage that it drives like normal. Minute I have to stop at traffic light it starts again. And it's harder and harder to start moving.
They refreshed computer and it's 3 rd time and recognized peugeout deler KDD in Belgrade, Visnjicka 53 and they do not know what is wrong.
It's not only very inconvenient for me since I am medical doctor and do house visits I am becoming laughing stock about this Peugeout. Who can help please

Peugeot front shocks for my peugeot 208 gti

I have taken my vehicle for diagnostics in Richards Bay .After waiting 3 weeks for my vehicle spares to come from Johannesburg (im from Richards Bay) it has arrived and my vehicle booked in to get repaired. In the afternoon I received a call and I was told the incorrect Shock has arrived from the warehouse and they are still looking for the correct one. I have contacted Peugeot SA numerous times with no success. The people at Peugeot SA just dont care about you they are not willing to assist and they dont even call you back as they said they would. This is truley the worst service and vehicle experience I have ever had in my life i regret ever purchasing a Peugeot. And my vehicle is still not fixed and i am batteling with transport, they wanted to offer me a courtesy car but I need to pay for it and thats the most baddest thing ever as if its my fault the correct spares didnt arrive. Im really fedup and dont know what to do. But for sure when vehicle is fixed i am selling it to get out of the Peugeot family.

Peugeot adblue tank pump

Car purchased 27.10.16 from MSCar Peugeot dealers, Portimao, Portugal. It has had full services to date and was taken into a Peugeot garage for an engine fault last week. The fault was diagnosed as having a faulty adblue pump and the cost of repair was over 800 euros.
The kms on the car is 25, 000 which is a very small amount of kms for the pump to break.
This pump was obviously faulty when the car was built.
Have I any redress whatsoever with the seller as the pump was not fit for purpose.
I have got the faulty pump and the reservoir for inspection if need be.

Hi Alison, I’ve just been given a similar repair bill after the Adblue pump was diagnosed as being faulty. 3 years old always serviced by Peugeot and even the Adblue has been only topped up by them. Did you write to Peugeot?

Nuestro vehículo fue comprado en base a su evaluación de vendedores de nuestra conducción. "¿Cuántos kilómetros conduciríamos cada año?" No en nuestras condiciones de manejo y dónde vivimos. Su propuesta de 'recompra del automóvil y pago del monto de la diferencia. ¿Quién paga esto? Esta oferta ya fue realizada el 14 de agosto por José Manuel Casero. Sugirió que compramos un auto nuevo a 4000 € más. Nuestra oferta es que compre nuestro 82bp usado en rojo y lo cambie por un turbo de 82bp usado en rojo. Peugeot product and service

I have a peugeot 301 model year 2014.
Since more than one year I noticed petrol leakage I went to service center, they confirm the that there is leakage between the hatch and the tank and it is not included under service as the plastic parts is not warranted, the I went to work shop and they use glow to fix.
Then I smell again petrol and in the service center they discovered another site of crack in the plastic pipe between the fueling opening and the tank and they told that the cause may be the heat . And they refuse to fix or replace. Although they were agree with me that it is not my fault and it is a manufacturer error.

Peugeot model 2008 / year 2020 / fuel consumer and wheels’ angles problem

I bought this car almost a month and a half ago, exactly on the 16th of July.
Peugeot 2008
Year 2020
In Egypt
1st of all I received it with a problem in the angles of the wheels (the car goes to the right, when the steering wheel is in the centre)
2nd and very surprisingly its a fuel killer,
Unbelievable that till now I made only 3800 Km and it consumed almost 440 Liter of Fuel (95)
Is this possible for a brand new car?
Not 4x4!
And only 1600 cc!
To consume all this amount of fuel all alone, or there is something wrong!
I went to the authorized maintenance service center in Egypt 3 times!
1st time I spent 6 hours (incl. 1000 Km usual maintenance)
2nd time 3 hours in another authorized center.
3rd time 6 hours in the same center.
And after all this...

Conclusion, None of the above 2 issues are solved! Actually they didn't even consider the fuel problem a problem :(

Please advise, because I am very upset of this car specially it is marketed that it makes average of 6.5 not 11-12 Lr per 100 Km

Peugeot Complaint against your agent mansour - Egypt

I want to do complain against Mansour your agent in Egypt as i bought peugeot 301 from Belal showroom and they gave malevolently the spare key and informed me that the master key will be available within 2 days then we discovered that the master key is broken.

Belal office advised that they ordered new key from peugeot but one month passed now andcwe did not receive the key.

I called your agent in Egypt ( Mansour) to check with you if Belal really ordered new key or not and if it when it will be available but no care from Mansour and no reply from Belal.

I kindly ask for your help.

Peugeot bad customer services in relate to parts recall

Hi, I have been driving a Peugeot 3008 for few years now. Early this year, there is a problem with my aircond and when I sent in to the service centre they mentioned there will be a recall on the parts (compressor/condenser) of my car which I did not receive any letter about it. However, I was being told that the Parts are not available yet in Malaysia and I have to wait. I have been waiting since June and now it is already almost end of August. I just hope you can understand that driving in a car under Malaysia weather without AC service is no joke, yet your sales service centre has no empathy to it and no even offering to expedite.

Also, despite I have been trying to call in to the service centre everyday, none of the phones are being picked up and customers are mostly ignored. The mailbox was full and customers cannot even leave a voice message. I truly believed this is not a professional act, as customer service is set up to attend to customers but none of that was being conducted. Nonetheless, early this year, I saw a news that few million will be invested to improve customer relations, however it could have just got worst.

I am writing this mainly because I was so saddened and disappointed with Peugeot as a whole. As a business ventures, if you cannot attend to customers' queries, there is no point you focus so much on pre sales when you do not have post sales. In order to maintain to compete in this competitive market, you should be doing what has been done by others, at least provide a good standard customer service.

The Malaysia Peugeot team truly has no experience in dealing with Peugeot automobiles, therefore it is best if you can send someone that is familiar with the car to Malaysia to monitor. Or worst off, Peugeot should even consider cease selling in this corridor, because whatever that you are selling here makes not much value creation to the life of users but only worst off experience.

I hope that Peugeot France can look into this problem as Nasim is a really bad local distributor that they clearly do not care about post sales services. If you want to survive in this region, please look into this matter and even set up proper post sales service centre to tackle or car related issues. Selling cars are easy, retaining customers are not.

Peugeot model peugeot 3008 year 2018 about the car battery (made in china)

When we purchase the Peugeot 3008 in the year of 2018 lately we found the car battery is made in China and not according to the spec of the battery suppose to be.
Dealer Thaco Viet Nam in Buon Ma Thout, Dak Lak, Viet Nam according to the salesman said Peugeot Viet Nam did authorize to use China battery.

I had introduced few of my friends to purchase this model 3008 & 5008 and they also did complainted why such a huge France car maker can allow to use China battery instead of not using Vietnam battery. Must use cheap battery made in China and this vehicle selling in Vietnam is most expensive than South East Asia.

We request to change for us the battery but not battery made in China.

Peugeot expected to pay for incompetence in adjusting headlight beam for itv check.

Refund request

On Friday, 16 August 2019, I took my Peugeot 307cc to the ITV Station in Albox. It failed, on account of the headlights being set too high. So, I took it along to the Peugeot dealership in Albox (Automoviles Jimenez y Garcia SL) and advised them of the issue. They put it on the ramp and charged me Euros 79.86 (Inv FE-827 18/08/2019) for realignment, one bulb renewal and polishing one headlight lens. I then took it along to the ITV station on Saturday, 17 August 2019 and it failed again on the same issue! By this time, the Peugeot dealership had shut for the week-end, so I had to wait until Monday, 19 August 2019. By that time, I had been without a legally roadworthy vehicle for around 4 days through no fault of my own. On Monday, 19 August 2019, I went along to Jimenez y Garcia in Albox, and told them that the ITV had failed my car again, with the same problem on the lights, that they had attended to and charged me Euros 79.86. They re-adjusted the lights for a second time, and I picked the car up in the afternoon. They advised me not to touch the adjustment wheel on the dashboard (I assumed they had set it at zero, as each time, prior to commencement of the test, the ITV examiner had checked that the wheel was set at zero). However, the Garage had set it at '1', so I drove back to the Peugeot Dealer and told them of my concerns, reiterating that the ITV examiner would simply reset the wheel to zero, as he had done on the 2 previous occasions, - in which case the car would fail AGAIN. An appointment had already been made for the 3rd ITV test for the following morning (Tuesday 20 August 2019). Jimenez y Garcia said they would take the car to the test centre whilst I waited in Albox. Thankfully, it passed (and I am very pleased, not to say relieved). I did ask what the engineer had done to get around the problem with the ITV Inspector setting the wheel to zero, but was told they didn't know and anyway, the engineer was now at lunch. They've insisted on charging me a further Euros 54.58 (Inv No. FE-834 20/08/20190) that's around Euros 135 in all. Clearly, the second charge of Euros 54.58 was solely due to the incompetance of Jimenez y Garcia, Needless to say, I'm NOT happy with the incompetence of the Jimenez y Garcia Peugeot dealarship in Albox and won't we using them again! This car is my third Peugeot car (I also drive a Peugeot in the UK) but this experience has left me most unhappy with Peugeot's duty of care to its customer.

Peugeot Sales

Good day I bought a rear window at Peugeot in strand near cape Town in March 23, 2019 up until in this stage, the window is not available but I was informed that it will take 10 to 11 weeks. I believe I have been treated wrongly because of my color of my skin. They said they will call me to let me know how long but it will take but I never receive any call from them, they were so ignorant which bring me to the fact that I will never take my car to them and I will never recommend anyone closer to me to use them. My disk is expired and I can't renew because the car need to be taken to roadworthy, I have already accumulated 3 traffic fines because of bad service I obtained from your company.

Peugeot peugeot 2008

We purchase Peugeot 2008 from Ibericar, Málaga on 29th July 2019. We were told that if we drive a small amount of milage, that the 82 horsepower would be an adequate car. The salesperson was aware that we lived in the mountains and that our driving was full of inclines and not on level roads. In the showroom there was a Peugeot 2008, in red which we could by in cash. We were not asked to test drive this version and assumed the salesmen knew the car and the power.
Once we drove the car home we knew the car was too underpowered. We informed the Ibericar that evening.
We have asked for a better powered car at no financial loss to us. Ibericar are telling us that this is not possible until September and we have to pay more money. The service from Ibericar is not giving us any immediate resolution

Peugeot 408 griffe year of mfg 2014

My car engine been diagnosed with engine prob and get approved for engine replacement. The engine supposed to be replaced in march 2019 but until now not feedback on ETA of the engine. The support services also reluctant to advise me. Daily facing difficulties as my car tend to stop in middle of highway. Need help plz. Dear sir,

I really feed up with after sales service given by glemmarie service center as the have no curtasy to feedback on the customers issue. I pretty sure this will impact the sales of this car. The worse ever service that I seen in my life. People just dnt care of the customers problem n reluctant to ans n feedback promptly.. I really need help. Plz help...I need my car engine to be replaced. I think this guy's juz make duno only...plz help plz help

The car that I've bought is a:
Peugeot 208, Black, 1.2 active, 82 HP, Number:VF3CCHMRPKT003113
Date of buying: 30-05-2019.
At the second week the air condition appeared a problem. Keep in mind that in Greece that period of time the temperature was really high. I have been to the Peugeot Gallo (10-07-2019), which is the representative of your company to Athens in order to fix the problem. They kept the car for one day and they told me that everything is ok and what the car needed was just some liquid (Freon) they put it and everything turned to normal.
Having the confirmation of them I made a trip οf 550 km from Athens to Halkidiki with my monter which is 87 years old with heart disease. After 50km air condition stopped to work and the journey was really difficult, the external temperature was 38 C, the internal of course was even more consider that the colour of the car is black. That, 550 km, trip could be really dangerous for my mother, the doctor didn't allow to expose herself at the heat. Moreover, as you know the heat causes stress and intension and as a driver could provoke a car accident putting in danger life of other people.
To make a long story short that trip could be dangerous for the life of my mother, mine and potentially of other people because the problem of the air condition had not faced in the proper way. I arrived after 500km to Thessaloniki. I went to the representative of Peugeot of Thessaloniki (Mr Gianniris). After 2.5 hours I have been told that the problem was the compressor which had to be changed. The new one would be at Thessaloniki after 1.5 week.
My stay at Halikidiki was for 4 days, I couldn't stay so long. That practically meant that I had to repeat all that trip 550km to "Hell"(temperature was really high) metaphorically speaking. They didn't give me a car to replace mine and then to send the car by train, to find a solution anyway, since it was by their fault that I have done a journey in those circumstances and I have to repeat it.
I have done all the way back with the same hard conditions and when I arrived to Peugeot Gallo at Athens I have been told that the replacement of the compressor wouldn't be written at the service book that I have. It would be just registered at the site of the company without giving access to me. So, if in near future the problem will appear again I will not have a proof that the air condition was problematic and I ask for my legal rights as a consumer.
I have to admit that I am quite dissatisfied and worried as far as the reliability of the people that represent you company is concerned since the car appeared problems so soon and haven't been faced in the right way.
I would like to ask what will do the company if the problems will continue at the future and not only with the air condition and how will compensate me for all that I have suffered during to that trip to "hell" putting my life and the life of others in danger

Peugeot service and parts and long waiting time.

This is regarding what i deem unprofessional and incomplete service from the HQ of Peugeot Service Center situated in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Malaysia. car model 308 THP 2015. T9

In the first week of March 2019, our air conditioning started blowing hot air. Our car the T9 308 THP was sent in for diagnosis and it was determined that there was a leak somewhere and needed to be left behind for repairs and parts replacement. As it is past our 3rd year, we had the car under extended insurance warranty.

After a month we got our car back from the Service Center claiming that all is well and even though it was under warranty we had to pay about $1810.90 in estimated costs to replace the Freon Tubes. Isn't this supposed to be covered under warranty?
A whole month to fix an air con problem? Too long don't you agree? Long winded protocols with insurance?

Having our car back was a short lived joy, as less than a week our air conditioning started acting up again. No cold air, no joy in driving in the tropics. Again we sent it in for a diagnose but apparently the service staff could not find the leak. This process was done at least 3 times when they finally decided that they should put in some UV liquid together with the air con gas to detect the leak, a suggestion that i made on my very first return to the service center after the first round of repairs. They decided that they should open the dash board to look at the cooling coil which is behind the dash board after i drove for 2 more weeks to make sure that the leaked part is visible with the UV detection solution.

I had feed backed to them that they had just changed the compressor and condenser just a week before, therefore if there is a leak then it must be very unprofessional work or someone else missed some other parts. It is very annoying to have to wait a month before a simple air conditioning fix is done, but now with the new problem in the cooling coil it has taken more than 2 months and we still have no end in sight to this issue. Why did they not do a thorough check of everything that is connected
to the air conditioning of a car. How is it possible that a part was missed in the diagnose? Lazy and bad judgement of the technical staff?

22nd Apr 2019, i believe is the day that i left my 308 for repairs. again we faced some problems. We were asked to produce all our service records which we have duly observed in the most timely possible manner but a problem arose out of bad record keeping/discrepancies by another service center which we usually send our car for its regular service interval. We produced our credit card records and hoped that the matter was solved but it is still pending because of recorded service that was not our fault to begin with.

Today the 26th of June 2019, the service center has told us that they cannot give us a definite estimate of when we will get back our car because apparently approval has not been given to proceed with repairs by the insurer. It has been more than 2 months. no car or customer should have to wait this long for a car air conditioning to be fixed. It is terrible service and terrible protocols for such a good brand and car. We understand that there is a problem with the local car Dealership that is NAZA. Staff have confided in us that there are no parts available locally and they were waiting for shipment from France. The shipment of parts are only due to arrive in Malaysia in JULY 2019 I was told.

I hope PSA France takes it up with them and questions their protocol and their inventory. How can you sell a car and not have the parts to replace it when it is expected that parts and engines will fail or suffer wear and tear with time.

This is not the only issue, a faulty parking sensor needed its wires replaced. Report was made in mid 2017. The required replacement part never came or it came a year and a half later when my car has passed its 3rd year of warranty and until it has not been taken care of and nobody seems to be aware of it or following it up and are now trying to pass it off to insurance warranty again. How very responsible and accountable? it is very tiring to argue and phone numerous care lines that don't really care.

You should consider how NAZA BADLY AFFECTS YOUR BRAND AND YOUR REPUTATION IN MALAYSIA. YOU HAVE VERY GOOD CARS, BUT GOOD CARS NEED GOOD AFTER SALES SERVICE FOR TRUST AND FAITH FROM YOUR CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS THAT DRIVE YOUR BRAND.

ALL THIS PROBLEM AND NOT EVEN A COURTESY CAR FOR REPLACEMENT MUCH LESS A DEFINITIVE ANSWER TO WHEN CAN WE GET OUR CAR BACK!

Peugeot I need reply for the car I was going to die in for manufacturing defect

Dear
I bought Peugeot 3008 in egypt on Tuesday, May 14th
On Friday, may 17th, I got abnormal electricity sounds coming from car front, with flame coming mainly from front speaker
I contacted customer service on same day and they told me it looks as electricity problem that had to be checked
I went to the agent on Saturday, May 18th, where an engineer met me and looked at the car without opening and told me it looks temporary issue and advised me to drive and come back on mid week for thorough check
Few hours later, I was driving on a slow road, a big truck stood suddenly in front of me, and I tried to stop, but brakes didn't work to result in major crash and I got some injuries
The local agency here is trying to shift the issue into non proper driving and that car had nothing
I guess it's more serious, I could loose my life
It can't be coincidence that before the crash immediately I was in the agency complaint of electricity problem in a literally new car
I need your strict guidance from your elite name
