The treatment was very good and they did a great job in the engine of my car. They were very professional and economical, and the quality and guarantee were great.

Bought engine, but it broke after a few miles. Asked for another engine, sent them pictures. They stopped talking to me. Bought engine on Aug, 2, 2019. Installed it on Oct. 7, 2019. Sent this email on Aug. 13, 2020: "Hope everything's good on your end. We got a problem. The engine we bought from you guys was working fine. Used the truck for 6 or 8 months. Then, on the way back from a job, the truck lost power. Had to tow it back to the shop. Sat there for a couple of months, too busy to work on it. Checked the compression about three weeks ago, all cylinders except number 3 were okay. Number 3 was way below. Took it apart last week and found that #3 cylinder had a broken piece in the piston. The bottom of the head looked rough. Looks like the piston piece messed up the head. Funny thing is, cylinders 1, 5, and 8 also had similar damage. No piston damage in those cylinders. Could it be that the damage happened when the heads were on a different engine? Anyway, I hope this is covered by the warranty. Sending pics of the damaged parts. Let me know what you think. Let me know if anything else is needed. Thanks in advance." They asked for pictures of the heat tabs, which I sent. Heat tabs showed no overheating. They ignored about 10 emails. Asked them to call me, no call. Engine was sold as a long block (heads and engine shipped together). Problem is, one cylinder has a big crack and the broken piece damaged the head near the valve seat. Engine needs fixing. No way this problem was caused by installation because we never took the heads off. This is a problem we couldn't have predicted unless the parts were x-rayed before rebuilding the engine. But that would make rebuilding engines unprofitable. Not angry at these guys, but they owe me an engine. They were great until this problem happened. After my car turned on its check engine light, I decided to drive 4 hours from my home to Cars & Trucks Engines 4Less Inc. They are the only shop I trust with my car. The owners and staff are super friendly, and they quickly knew what was going on with my engine. I highly recommend this shop. They are honest people who know their job.

If I could give them a negtive review, I would. We paid for a remanufactured engine and had it installed by a mechanic. In less then 2000 miles, the engine had spun a bearing due to burning out all the oil. We requested a replacement through their warranty and was told to send the engine back and they would replace it. We had the mechanic pull the engine and sent it back. We were told that a replacement had been shipped then a few days later we were issued a refund but now they still have our core which is a $500 additional charge and they refuse to refund it. Now we have to find another engine plus pay another core charge. We are now out all the mechanic cost, a core charge and will still have to pay to have another engine installed. They are very unprofessional when it come to dealing with issues with their work. Never buy from them.
