We bought the car new from the agency. Earlier this year it started acting weird and I checked online to find that the model had a recall on it. I took the car to the agency and they supposedly changed some defective components. Two weeks later we were going on a road trip. Two hours in the car just stops with an engine failure. This did not happen ever before, but would happen constantly since. We have taken it to mechanic after mechanic and nobody can find the problem. Moreover, the instruction manual promises 8 years of unconditional tow truck service. In reality they do not respect the promise. I was stranded with two small children in the middle of nowhere, and they would not send the tow truck. The manual also promises they will cover expenses such as hotels and transportation in case of car malfunction. None of this was covered. I had to pay everything out of my own pocket. Hotels, towing, mechanics, etc... Defective vehicles and dishonest promises. Add to that incompetent car servicing and you have Peugeout!

Claimed loss: Engine is messed up. Multiple mechanics fees. Hotel fees. Transportation fees for four. A ton of lost time and energy.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of expenses and PROPER repair of the vehicle
