I just returned from getting a wash usuing a new Wash and Go Card, it was to get me 5 plus one washes. The clerk said I didn't register soon enough and I only get 5 WTH? I buy them as gifts and for my self, not anymore until you make changes, if you offer 6 for the price of 5 washes, then don't make your customers jump through hoops to get that 6th wash.

Desired outcome: I would like to see customers get what you offer, until then, I will not purchase any more cards.
