This was the most awful experience I have ever had! I bought a puppy from the Robinson Town Center store one evening, the store was basically run by a bunch of kids. I took my puppy to the vet a few days later to find out he was underfed and had a parasite! I called and spoke to the store owner who by the way was the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I called to tell him my new puppy was sick, he began screaming at me and told me it wasn't his problem! I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. I would Never recommend buying an animal at all (I spent 1300.00 on him) and would prefer adopting, however I feel like I saved this puppy from being in a very small glass box all day and night and being severely underfed. My puppy is much better now after a lot of medicine and love! I refuse to return to another petland.

The Manager's name is Jeff Koury! The most evil person I have ever met!

Look at a puppy on 2/1/2019. Asked for the price. The staff person said $4, 650.00.
This place is nuts. Looked at all the AKC breeders in the Country and the price was average $750.00. Do yourself a big favor and save yourself the trip.

I recently worked at this petland for Jeff Koury. I made it a total of 12 days before throwing in the towel. The emotional abuse was astounding the way he treated me and the other employees. Numerous occasions he would call them idiots behind their back and even bragged to another coworker for "tearing me a new one". The most unrespectful disgusting human being I had the displeasure of interacting with. Anger problems to demeaning me for simple mistakes alone made me walk. Do not. Shop. Here. He needs to lose his bussines.

I completely agree with all of your comments. I worked for Jeff about 4 years ago and while I was a "kennel tech" there(almost 2 years) I cared for numerous sick puppies. Everything from pneumonia to Pasco to kennel cough. I seen many puppies die there after only being in the store a few days. The poor puppies are shipped across states in an 18 wheeler with a bunch of kennels in the back for who k owe how long. When they arrive to the store we would briefly check over them amd take remp and give antibiotics if the puppy seemed ill. While I was employed there everyone seemed to care for the pupppies except jeff. He w as s the worst person I've ever met let alone work for. Its hard to say not to buy dogs from petland because like dogs in the shelter these guys also need homes and people to love them so that they dont end up living in a kennel most of their lives. Wen I was at petland we sometimes had puppies til they were 6 or 7 month old. Do u know how long that os to spend in a 2x3 cage without even sunlight? But on the other hand buy buying there puppies at almost 4x wat it cost jeff to buy them, you only support the pet store puppy mill trade...

Agreed. We purchased a sick puppy from petland robinson, pa and now my 4yr old golden retriever is hospitalized with pneumonia that he contracted from being around this sick puppy. Although they had us bring the puppy back in for treatment at their store and now the puppy is doing fine, they take no responsibility for knowingly selling us a sick dog which resulted in my dog becoming very ill. I am already looking at almost $2000 worth of vet bills and hope my dog makes a full recovery. The owner is heartless and rude and I wish people would stop buying dogs from him because he needs to be put out of business.

Jeff Koury is Evil! Please Please do not buy any animal form this man! Please ! I bought a very serious Puppy off of this man. He is not going to be able to live beyond 1 year of life if he is lucky . He was filled with diseases . He has a liver shunt that they are unable to treat. I am devastated. I don't want anyone to go through the Heart break My husband and I and my children have had to go through! Mr Koury was very cold and heartless about the whole situation. He should not be working with animals... He owns the store in Robinson twp Pa. I don't want anyone to go through this!
