Prompt, professional, competitive, and friendly service!
Prompt, professional, competitive, and friendly service! At first, I was kinda hesitant to leave my 2008 *** M3 with anyone, but I had a valve train failure that needed fixing. Peterson got the job done right, and they did it in the time they said they would. They even recognized that I'm a veteran and gave me a discount. Since that repair, I've had an easy-peasy oil/filter change and a thorough inspection, and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg. I was really impressed, so when I got my 2012 X6M, I brought it to them for a couple of missing parts and fluids. And guess what? They happily gave me another veteran discount. I trust Peterson to do top-notch work, explain everything in detail, and not charge me an arm and a leg.
I took my car to Peterson BMW because it was running slower when I accelerated
I took my car to Peterson BMW because it was running slower when I accelerated. They told me I needed new spark plugs and all 6 ignition coils replaced. I agreed to the repair. However, when I picked up my car, I noticed a loud noise coming from the engine and it was running worse than before. The oil light was also on. To my surprise, I found a large metal tool in my engine. Rafeal, one of the staff members, claimed that the tool was already in the car. I asked why the mechanic didn't remove it or inform me about it. He assured me that the tool didn't cause any damage. While the tool may not have caused damage, something definitely went wrong during the repair process.
I also questioned why I had to pay for the same part twice, once in 2019 and again in 2020. Rafeal's response was that the parts were "GARBAGE." He then had me call BMW of NA to file a complaint, but they directed me back to the dealership. It has been 8 days since my car was towed to BMW, and I haven't received any return calls. Frustrated, I went to the dealership in person, only to be told that *** promised to call me back but never did. My car was not in this condition before the repair, and I'm struggling to find anyone at the dealership who is willing to assist me.
