Petco review: Grooming / October 9th

I took my Angel Baby a standard poodle 6 months old for a grooming with Nattis M. in Pueblo Colorado. She had 2 knots in her poms on her feet. He then told me that he didn't feel comfortable using a dematting tool on her. I wasn't happy with this because A dematting tool is like a reverse rake. She really needed a grooming because her hair was getting longer than I like her to have. I will gladly send pictures. He shaved her down to nothing. Chopped her ears on a poodle. then I don't know what he did to her ears. Dirty tools or whatever. My poor Angel has been going through hell itching and scratching every day since this appointment. Her ears now are bright red with a smell, and she just scratches herself all over her body. She was just fine until this appointment. I had taken her to Isabela Montoya twice before and she did a wonderful job! When I went to book an appointment, she was booked far out. I decided that Nattis could do the job, because he has 2 standard poodles. Wow was I wrong. My Royal Standard Poodle has an amazing bloodline and was in perfect health. I must insist that you provide veterinary assistance.
