Petco review: Censorship of the male sales associate who was rude and lost my fish down the drain

Hi,

On Saturday, 4/10/2021, my husband and I stopped by PetCo to purchase $55.00 of fish for our 75 gallon aquarium. The young sales clerk was being very helpful getting the fish I wanted to purchase.

An older male sales clerk walked right into the clerk helping me, pushing her out of his way to the use of the sink and caused the clerk to drop the Angel fish I picked out down the drain! I was so angry, but I held my temper. There was only one Angel fish in the tank with the coloring I wanted. He did not even say I'm sorry to the clerk waiting on us, and proceeded to go to the Angel fish tank to "assist" us. At that point, I expressed that I preferred the clerk waiting on us continue to do so.

I feel that the young clerk probably did not report her treatment from the older man and he got away with causing two fish to be lost as there was a very tiny orange fish in the container as well as the Angel fish I wanted. Please do not let this obnoxious sales person get away with what he did. I am still livid 2 days later because of his unconcern for my husband and I, the young sales girl, and the store's loss of two fish for no reasonable cause.
