I wish I would've read the negative reviews before droppin' our brand new *** at Penske on Balboa! Their service is substandard and management unprofessional! In five weeks, they ain't done nothin'. We checked on the vehicle, the door is off with brand new interior with oil all over the interior. They've tried to charge our insurance for tools that they ain't got. And now they quoted us another three weeks! BEWARE, read their bad reviews!

Penske Collision Center - Body shop fixed my 2001 BMW 535I, but when I went to get it, they said it wouldn't start

Body shop fixed my 2001 BMW 535I, but when I went to get it, they said it wouldn't start. They had to tow it to the Bmw dealer, who found an electrical problem caused by the pressure wash done at the body shop's detail department. They also mentioned in my paperwork that the car was working fine when I brought it to them, but after they detailed it, some electrical components got damaged. Now, I can't drive it. I just want this issue to be resolved.
