International Engines They are scammers, they lie about putting good engines in your car

They are scammers, they lie about putting good engines in your car. I've been dealing with them for 2 years and it's been nothing but a nightmare. I never got a chance to enjoy the car because it's been in the shop most of the time and they will deny it. I have towing receipts as well, they claim, "Oh, it's this, it's that," when it was clearly the engine. Supposedly, they switched out the engine 4 times and the owner, Tony, accidentally said, "I don't know why they keep fixing the same engine," but yet I pay for labor all the time as well as unnecessary fees. I can go on and on. Not only did we get suckered out of money, but their mechanics left carburetor cleaner can in the engine as well as rags, which is very dangerous. Also, we barely got our car back after 9 months of them having it and they say it was because it has a warranty. Like, what does that suppose to mean, right? But anyways, we got our car back, but in order for us to get it, we had to pay $575 before they brought the car out. I'm like, "I want to make sure it sounds and works good," they refused. And also, they put irrelevant stuff on the work order. After they have you sign, they don't let you read it. They make you sign and then you can read it, and that's when they screw you. They also say things in there that were never addressed and put words in your mouth that were never said. They screwed us out of $575 today and our car isn't fixed. We have 2 new problems. They pretty much robbed us. This business shouldn't have a B rating. They scam people and keep their cars, and they claim they fix them, but they don't. It only works for a few days and boom, you have to go right back, and that's when they tell you, "You need this and that." The son, especially Tony, is his name, also tacks on fees and threatens you that he can void your contract. He will say, "Actually, you have a contract with my dad, not me, so I can void this out." That's the way he does business.

International Engines I trust International Engines to fix my Infiniti FX 45

I trust International Engines to fix my Infiniti FX 45. I brought my truck to their location on Jan 23, 2020 and paid $800 upfront for the repairs. The engine cost $1,800 and I paid an additional $1,000 on May 11. I spoke with Tony multiple times about getting more work done, so the total cost came to $3,200.73. I called numerous times since I had already paid for the engine rebuild and other upgrades, but my car just sat in the yard with no work done. After speaking to the shop manager, Tony, several times, he promised that my car would be fixed on June 15. When I went to pick up my car, it was still sitting in the same spot. I asked when I would finally get a call saying my car is ready. Shortly after leaving the shop, I went to Discount Tires and noticed my car was leaking antifreeze and the engine light was flashing. The thermostat was red hot and the car started making loud engine noises before dying on me. I checked the oil level and it only showed a drop on the dipstick. After spending all my money, I spoke with the manager to let my car stay over the weekend since I had no transportation to get home. I tried calling International Engines multiple times, but they never answered. I had to sleep in my car over the weekend and finally borrowed money to tow my car back to International Engines. The owner came out yelling at me and my girlfriend, pointing his finger in her face and telling her to be quiet. He said it's not his problem that my car isn't working and I called the police to report them.
