I know this guy gonna lie and ComplaintsBoard.com gonna say it's fixed
I know this guy gonna lie and ComplaintsBoard.com gonna say it's fixed. I went to this shop knowing I needed an alternator. When I walked in, there ain't no signs with prices or info. I told the lady at the desk what I needed and asked her to talk to me before charging anything 'cause I hate surprises. She said they always discuss stuff with the customer, so I thanked her. Later, I called to check on my car and they gave me prices for an oil change I didn't need, a battery I didn't ask for, and the alternator was too expensive for me. I said no and told 'em I'm coming to get my car. The lady said I gotta pay $65 for an inspection fee. I asked if they did a computer diagnostic and printed out codes, but she said no, the mechanic just looked at it. I ain't paying $65 for something I already know, so I told her that. She got rude and said I ain't getting my car back. I said I'm on my way and I'm calling the cops. That was my mistake 'cause they called the cops first and lied about me. When I got there, the doors were locked and the owner got in my face and threatened me. They did give me my car and the cop showed up. The next day, I gave 'em a 1-star review on Google and the owner called a company I advertise for with a car wrap. They kicked me out of my campaign and messed up my income. Who knows what this guy gonna do now that I'm writing this. I feel threatened 'cause he knows where I live. It all comes down to the receptionist not communicating right and this guy handling it all wrong. All he had to do was say sorry for the mix-up and I would've been cool. But he acting like a criminal with his actions.
I took my car in on April 5th for TPMS work and a small issue
I took my car in on April 5th for TPMS work and a small issue. When I got the car back, there was a serious wheel shake. I called them and told them that the wheel work they did made the car unbalanced. They said to bring it back in and they'll check it out. I ended up getting charged for a wheel balance to fix the issue THEY created. So, I took it back to them on Monday, May 24th. Well, I just got the car back today (Wednesday, May 26th) and it's still shaking... AFTER they said it was fixed! I called them to tell them they didn't fix the issue... The person at the desk said to bring it back in to see if it's ANOTHER issue! I will never do business there again. Fool me once... I want a refund for the "work" that did not fix the problem THEY created in the first place.
