This company is terrible!
This company is terrible! They put a sign on our car saying it would be towed, but they took it anyway and won't give it back. We had to wait three hours before we could leave and drive six hours back home. They didn't even apologize, even though they admitted they made a mistake. The lady on the phone hung up on us at least twice, even after we called the police and they were no help. I really hope this place gets shut down. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence. Don't use these idiots!
Bad service, bad attitude, super sketchy
Bad service, bad attitude, super sketchy. My daughter's car was parked at her sister's apartment without a sticker so it got towed. Not the prob. We were totally in the wrong and were happy to pay the fee. The prob was the towin' company insisted I make an appointment to pick it up. We got there at the time they said. The front door was unlocked and the only person in the office was passed out on the couch in a very compromising position talkin' to himself and doin' other things of a sexual nature that I can't describe here. We called dispatch and we waited another 40 minutes for someone to come. Dispatch told us not to wake him and to go wait in our car. A man and woman came to give us the car. The whole time the first guy is passed out on the couch visibly tweaking out on some kind of drug and the owners were just blowing it off like nothin'. At one point he said that the man was his cousin and had mental health issues and wasn't supposed to be there alone. Uhmmmm, ok... The other woman who came with him had a bad attitude and was laughing under her breath. It felt unsafe and super sketchy.
They took my car from my daughter's place where she lives
They took my car from my daughter's place where she lives. The parking sticker was on the windshield, but they still took it from the spot she was supposed to park. They didn't even call *** to let them know they were towing it. They just took it and held it for ***. My daughter took a picture of the car in the impound lot with the parking sticker still on it. The owner, Will *** CAP, wouldn't give me my money back even though he messed up. He even accused my daughter of hiding the sticker so she could get towed. He broke the rules by not calling San *** to let them know about the tow. I complained and talked to The Retreat manager about how unprofessional he was. He still wouldn't give me my money back even though he knew he was wrong. He even threatened my daughter by saying he would look for her car to make sure she put the sticker somewhere else. I told The Retreat that he can't be near my daughter or my car or I'll get a restraining order. If you got towed by his company, make sure you complain and take him to court. It's not professional to steal a car and hold it for *** and then threaten my daughter.

I got towed 3 times by Will Tow
I got towed 3 times by Will Tow. First time, I didn't know 'bout their towin' policy (there ain't no signs sayin' they'll tow if ya don't park in visitors spot). Second time, I parked in a visitors spot with no parkin' pass (was never told I needed one and it ain't on their website). When I went in, they said I'd get towed after 24 hours, but I got towed after 6. Today, I got towed from a visitors spot with a parkin' pass that said it expired on the 8th, but now they're sayin' it expired on the 6th. Even if it did expire on the 6th, it should still cover today. I'm missin' work 'cause of this and missed school 'cause they don't communicate or warn ya 'bout gettin' towed. I spent over $300 tryna get my car back. I got pictures provin' I had a visitors pass and was parked in a visitors spot. Ya can't get a visitors pass unless the office is open and it ain't open 24 hours, so how are we supposed to get passes if we gotta stay over unplanned? This messed up my education and job 'cause I was tryna follow rules that ain't stated nowhere except by word of mouth.
