I got charged for an update for Nero software by 2checkout.com (2co.com). I never gave 2co.com permission to charge me for anything.

I bought the nero platinum suite full license last year and they charged my credit card last weekend, but they gave me the money back. But now my fully licensed Nero platinum suite software ain't working no more, so I lost everything. Here's a screenshot of what I bought.

I got an ad from Nero for Nero PLATINUM 2020 Lifetime for about 59.95. The Nero Platinum I got was only for 1 year, they said it would automatically renew for 24.95 per year. Since I haven't used this product yet, I didn't know about the bait and switch scam until 05/17 when Nero charged me an extra 24.95 for an automatic renewal fee of my Lifetime product, which doesn't have an expiration date or require renewal. I tried to get a refund but couldn't find anywhere to complain and get my money back.

I'm having a lot of trouble with Nero, Inc. I can't find all the serial numbers for my programs and I don't know where to go to cancel old computer activations or get re-activation support. I bought four or more softwares from nero.com, but I can't use any of them on my computers because they've locked me out. I have programs like Nero 6, 7, 8, 9, 2012, and 2017 Platinum, but I haven't been able to get help for a long time. I can't even find all of my serial numbers, even though I have them somewhere. Even if I do find them, the programs still won't work. Maybe the ComplaintsBoard.com can help me find out where to go to cancel old computer registrations. I don't understand this company at all. I tried contacting their customer service department, but I only found one serial number. I can't find any information on how to cancel old computers or get any other support to install and properly use the program. If I could just find the right places to get help, that would be a good start. What I really need is to be able to cancel old PCs so I can register new computers.

I bought they're software a year ago and it stopped working. They claim I need to pay more money to keep using the software I paid for. I have owned *** software going back to at least 2005. At various times I was forced to buy a new version because they're software stopped working with new versions of *** This happened again a year ago when I was forced to switch from *** 7 to *** 10. But this time was different. I rarely use the software. But when I tried to use it recently it would not work. As if I had never bought it. *** claims I only bought a one year subscription and do not actually own the software. I do not EVER knowingly buy subscriptions for software. Nothing in my receipt indicates this was a one year subscription. It is clear they are hiding this fact until it is too late to do anything about it. They refuse to refund my money. Or even to credit the amount they scammed from me toward an actual purchase of the software. They say the 30 day limit has passed. But that is the whole point of they're scam! There is no way to know you have been scammed until a year has passed and the software stops working. I would like a full refund of that purchase of *** And I would like them to stop marketing and selling this product as a subscription while pretending it is a purchase.
