I bought prescription glasses from this company, and they took longer than they said they would. They shipped it through *** but *** says they haven't got the package. I called their customer support, and two people said they would call me back to update me on why they haven't shipped, but I haven't heard anything. Now when I call, it's all voicemail and no returned calls or emails. My order number is ***.

On May 17, I received a response saying they had received the return, but nothing else. I emailed Gunnar again on May 31 to ask about the exchange status. On June 2, they replied, saying, "it looks like the reason it has no been sent out yet is that there is a pending payment for the difference for the exchange pair of GUNNAR's." I paid the $10 difference, and on Jun 4, they told me the exchange would be shipped *** 2-day. However, I still haven't received the item. When I reached out to Gunnar, the representative sent me a tracking number for an order from May that went to ***. I live in Alabama.
