Ordered tons of HP ink cartridges, including the expensive high-dollar XL ones from InkJetSuperStore. Unfortunately, one of them was defective! Like, what gives?! The printer didn't recognize it as a legit HP cartridge. I was bummed and had to deal with contacting HP for a warranty issue/claim - ugh, too much effort. And the worst part is that InkJetSuperStore said they couldn't do anything about it! Like come on people, help a brother out!

I've had past issues with this company, and tbh, I don't think I can deal with it anymore. Like, who has time for this kind of frustration, right? So, I'm done with InkJetSuperStore, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Buyer beware, folks!

I think my next move might be to dispute the charge with my credit card company. But really, I'd rather just find a new place to buy my ink cartridges. Ain't nobody got time for this drama.

I got these new Canon ink cartridges from InkJetSuperSore, PG-40 and CL-41, and they were a bummer. They didn't stay together and my photos came out really hazy (check out the pic I uploaded for reference). I even tried taking pics with the old cartridges and they turned out better! Not cool, InkJetSuperStore, not cool at all. I ain't gonna recommend them for ink and stuff. And yo, lemme tell ya - I should have checked their return policy before hitting that order button. They don't give refunds on the shipping fee even if it's their fault for sending busted stuff. And that ain't right, ya know? But like, they do say that on their website. So watch out for that, peeps.

I bought me some cartridges - black and color - from InkJetSuperStore last January and it took about 5 days for 'em to arrive. Overall, I was happy with the delivery time. But then, I install the cartridges and dang nabit! The black worked just fine but the color cartridge ain't dripping no ink. Not even a little!

Well, I clean the print heads a couple times and do a deep clean, thinking that'll fix it. But nooooo! No ink! So I decide to email the company and tell 'em about my problem. And guess what? No reply! I wait about five whole days hoping for a response, but none comes.

So I fill out a return form, describing the issue I had with the cartridge and asking for a replacement. But, I don't hear back from the company again. I send 'em another email after 20 days, but still no reply. I can't even call 'em on the phone because they don't provide one!

I reckon I learned a valuable lesson here. Don't order no cartridges from InkJetSuperStore. For all the good it'll do ya, their support is just about non-existent.

So, I had a bit of a rough time with my recent purchase from InkJetSuperStore (inkjetsuperstore.com). I was in need of 2 black and white ink cartridges for my Canon PIXMA TS3120 printer. I figured I'd save some money by going for the generic option instead of the OEM cartridges. According to the website, they were compatible, so I went ahead and made my purchase, spending over $60 in total.

However, once I received the cartridges and tried to install them, I couldn't get them to work no matter what I did. I followed the instructions to the letter, but still no luck. So, I decided to reach out to the company's support team via email, hoping they could assist me in getting the cartridges to work. Sadly, no one ever got back to me. I felt like I was left in the dark, frustrated and out of pocket.

It's a shame that InkJetSuperStore (inkjetsuperstore.com) doesn't offer phone support or any other option to contact them, besides email. I sent them multiple messages asking for help, but no response. It's very disappointing, to say the least. I mean, I've spent good money on their products, and I expected a level of customer service to match that.

Feeling let down and ignored, I decided to write them another email telling them they've lost my loyalty. I won't risk wasting my money on their products again, nor waste my time trying to get help from a team that doesn't seem to care. They've officially lost my business.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend InkJetSuperStore (inkjetsuperstore.com) if you're in need of good customer service and support. From my experience, they just don't cut it.

The other day, I was super fed up with how much dolla-dolla-bills I was spending on OEM cartridges. It seemed like they were never in stock at the local stores either. So, I decided to give InkJetSuperStore a try and ordered two big packs of Brother LC61 cartridges.
When they arrived, I have to say I was pretty stoked to find that the print quality was exactly the same as the pricey OEM ones that I had been using before. BUT, and it's a pretty big BUTT, they didn't really fit right in my printer. I had to jam them in there a few times until they were truly clicked in.
Fast forward a few months, with about a quarter of the ink still left, and I noticed that the print quality had gone down the toilet. It was straight up terrible, guys. I ended up having to replace them, but even the new cartridges didn't want to work properly. One of them wasn't even detected by the printer. I ended up having to use 2 and a half of these inkjets to equal just ONE OEM cartridge, y'all.
The print quality is still straight up garbage even after I ran the cleaner thingy on the printer five times. I'm waving goodbye to my hoped-for savings and going back to the overpriced OEM cartridges. :(

I must say, InkJetSuperStore was not what I expected it to be. I made a purchase a couple of months ago and, according to the receipt, it was supposed to take only 2-3 business days for the items to arrive. It was stated very clearly, but I am disappointed because it has been two whole months and I have not received anything yet. I am trying to be patient, but this is not the best transaction experience I have ever had.

I have attempted to make contact with the InkJetSuperStore several times; however, they do not answer the phone. There is no answering machine either—it just hangs up. I cannot keep calling over and over again just to have them not pick up. It is also frustrating because I have tried to email them over five times and I never received a response. I cannot help how I feel about this whole situation—it seems like this is one of those websites that just take the money and run.

I understand that certain times can slow down deliveries; I know that delivery times are slower than usual due to the current circumstances, but this is ridiculous. I feel like this company is not being truthful, and if they were legitimate, they would answer emails and phone calls. It is concerning to me that they can take your payment and let you sit in the dark like this. It is a shame that businesses will not fix the problem when a customer needs help.

I must say to anyone reading this review now: please do not purchase anything from this business if you do not want to lose your money. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and I would not want anyone else to be in the same regrettable situation. Please be aware.

I bought five toner cartridges from InkJetSuperStore about a year and a half ago. Three were colored and two were black. I didn't have any problems with them until now, when I discovered that my last black cartridge was defective. I reached out to the company for help, and after speaking to a supervisor, they only offered a 10% discount on another purchase.

I was not satisfied with this response, so I went ahead and talked to the Department Head to express my concerns. I explained to them that it's often difficult to determine whether a cartridge is defective before using it, and it can take a long time to go through a toner. Because these types of products have an infinite shelf life, it doesn't make sense to have a warranty limit.

Fortunately, the Department Head understood my point of view, but still could only offer a 10% discount. While I appreciate the effort to resolve my issue, I strongly believe that the warranty limitation is a very customer-hostile policy.

If you're considering buying from this company, I would recommend installing and trying everything before the warranty period runs out. It's better to be safe than sorry, especially if you want to avoid any warranty limitations. Overall, InkJetSuperStore has good products, but their warranty policy could use some improvements to better serve their customers.

Bought 12 inkjet cartridges for my biz and only 1 worked. Called them 7 times before they picked up the phone. They said I had to pay for shipping on the junk cartridges, even though I was never in the wrong and they were! I spent the extra cash to ship them ASAP with tracking. InkJetSuperStore got them in two days, but they took three whole weeks to get back to me! Finally, when they did, they said the cartridges were all "expired." I only had them for 10 days tho! They said I should have checked 'em on day 1 and that any issues should have been reported right away, but who has the time for that [censored]?

Customer service is also an issue if you need help. They have a weird accent so it's hard to understand 'em. Wish I read the other reviews before buying all my stuff from here. Woulda gone somewhere else if I knew they were this bad!

Do NOT WASTE your time or your money with InkJetSuperStore.

So, I recently gotta lotta ink cartridges from InkJetSuperStore for my HP Photosmart 7520 printer and lemme tell you, it was a terrible experience. I do a lot of printing for my biz and personal life, and OEM HP cartridges were just too expensive. InkJetSuperStore claimed to have cartridges with a "New Chip" that would work just as well as the original OEM cartridge, but let me tell you, that was a big lie.

As soon as I installed the black XL cartridge and closed the lid, my printer showed the message "Non-HP cartridge Installed," and everything seemed to be locked up. I tried every trick in the book to manually reset it and even went so far as to reinstall the original HP OEM cartridge, but nothing worked. My printer was kaput and nothing made it respond.

After multiple phone calls with tech support and many emails, I finally hit upon the secret code that would force a printer reset - it finally worked! However, HP printers send out info related to usage, and the moment I installed the Inkjet Superstore cartridge, my factory warranty was null and void.

I have an advanced degree in computer science from MIT, so I called the Inkjet Superstore's customer service department and spoke with Chris. But he treated me like I had no idea how to switch on a printer. I politely explained my advanced degree in computer science, but he still did not want to listen. I asked him to give me steps on how to fix my issue of ink cartridges compatibility with my printer, but all he gave was a list of YouTube videos on how to install an ink cartridge (as if I needed that)!

After multiple phone calls with Chris, he finally gave me an RMA to return my ink cartridges. I wrapped them in large bubble wrap envelopes and even took extra care while packing. He received them on June 7th, but until now (it's already 23rd of June), I haven't received a penny back.

Of course, every time I call or email Inkjet Superstore for a status update, I get Chris (which tells me he is probably the only customer support personnel working there). He gives me the same old excuse: that I had sent them only 3 ink cartridges, and all of them were empty anyway. How rude and ridiculous!

Then, they had the audacity to send me a photo of two empty ink cartridges that they claimed I had sent them almost a month ago. Honestly, I don't even know who "Kyung S. Chung" is, but the emails purportedly from them had a different email address - "***@inkjetsuperstore.com."

These guys at Inkjet Superstore sell junk cartridges that can destroy your printer, provide lousy customer service, and then rip you off your hard-earned money. Please don't even think of buying ink cartridges from the Inkjet Superstore as you'll only be wasting your time, energy, and money.

I needed to buy some inks for my printer, so I went to inkjetsuperstore.com. They have inks listed on their site, but they use different codes than the ones from the manufacturer. And for some inks, there are no codes shown at all. It was kinda confusing to understand which ink was the right one for my printer.

So, I ordered some inks, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong ink. I let them know about the mistake, but the response I got from them did not address the problem at all. They basically said that they sent what I ordered and that it is my responsibility to make sure I ordered the right ink.

I was really disappointed with their customer service and their lack of concern for my issue. I will look for another site to buy my inks from in the future.

If I were you, I'd steer clear of these folks and check out a more reliable company instead.

I bought some color ink from InkJetSuperStore (inkjetsuperstore.com) and it was pretty good, but I made a boo-boo and ordered the wrong black ink. So I've been trying to send it back for like, two weeks now, but they haven't responded to my four emails. And there's no phone number to call so I can't even talk to a real person. I wouldn't recommend shopping with this site because they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I mean, I'm talkin' blurry, streaky, just plain lousy. So I had to go out and spend even more money on real Canon cartridges just to fix the mess InkJetSuperStore had made. And sure, everything's back in order now, but I definitely won't be making that mistake again. My advice? Stay far, far away from InkJetSuperStore if you don't wanna end up with exploded ink and crappy prints.

I went ahead and made an order for a pack of 6 HP colour cartridges (refilled) on InkJetSuperStore (inkjetsuperstore.com). Well, let me tell you that this store is a mixed bag! I didn't have any issues with the other 5 cartridges, they worked just fine. However, one of the cartridges was not at all compatible (it only showed gray instead of magenta), which can be very frustrating! I tried to get in touch with them by using the email address ***@inkjetsuperstore.ca, but it seems like it's out of service. Bummer! That's the only way I knew to contact them. So I don't have any way to solve the issue myself. If you're lucky enough to get a working product, you're in good hands. But if you're hit with a dud like I was, you'll be forced to write a review like this and swear off buying from them again.

I remember back in the day, when I could rely on InkJetSuperStore to give me the best ink cartridges for my printer. But that all changed when they got bought out in 2016. Now, it seems like the quality has gone way down. I recently purchased a set for my printer and was extremely disappointed. The black cartridge printed terrible and the yellow one was leaking inside the packaging. It was a real mess.

To make matters worse, it has been nearly impossible to get any sort of assistance from the company. It seems like they don't care about their customers anymore. The customer service that used to be top-notch is now nonexistent. It's really too bad because InkJetSuperStore used to be awesome.

I'm not sure what happened with the buyout, but it seems like they really need to step up their game. If they don't, I'm afraid they'll start losing customers left and right. I really hope they can turn things around and get back to the level of quality they had before. Until then, I'll have to find another supplier for my ink cartridges.

Been buyin' stuff from InkJetSuperStore for almost a decade now and I hadn't had a problem with their customer service until recently, ya know? I gave 'em a heads-up about some changes I made to my profile, but then my order didn't arrive and oh boy, was I ticked off! What really ground my gears was the attitude, ya feel me? I asked if I was still gonna get charged even if I didn't receive my order and they said "you betcha!" When people get all defensive instead of actually solving problems, it just ain't cool. I'm startin' to think I gotta start lookin' for a backup option. Watch yerself before ya give these guys yer business.

InkJetSuperStore, I gotta let you know, I am a big fan of your website inkjetsuperstore.com. I recently purchased some ink cartridges from you guys and let me tell you, they arrived super fast. Actually, I was surprised they made it to my doorstep so quick since I live in the boonies.

I slapped those babies in my printer and boom, they worked like a charm. No mess, no fuss, and they lasted a long time. I also appreciate the fact that you guys have a huge selection of different brands and types of ink cartridges to choose from.

The only thing that I noticed was that the website was a little hard to navigate. I had to do a few clicks to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall though, it was worth it because your prices were really competitive.

Oh, and one more thing, I think there might have been a typo on my order confirmation. It said "antix cartridges" instead of "toner cartridges". It gave me a bit of a chuckle though and didn't affect my order at all.

Anyways, I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to InkJetSuperStore. I will definitely be purchasing from you guys again in the future.

I got some toners from InkJetSuperStore for my Canon printer and two of them fitted nice and easy. But the third one was all wrong. It just wouldn't go in. I don't know what's up with them over at the store, but they're not willing to admit they sent me a bad cartridge. They won't give me my money back or send me a good one. They tell me that their guarantee only lasts 90 days and after that it's not their problem anymore. But who goes through 3 toners in 90 days? If they sell a bad product, they should stand behind it until it's all used up. I'm not looking to buy from InkJetSuperStore ever again.
