I needed to buy some inks for my printer, so I went to inkjetsuperstore.com. They have inks listed on their site, but they use different codes than the ones from the manufacturer. And for some inks, there are no codes shown at all. It was kinda confusing to understand which ink was the right one for my printer.

So, I ordered some inks, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong ink. I let them know about the mistake, but the response I got from them did not address the problem at all. They basically said that they sent what I ordered and that it is my responsibility to make sure I ordered the right ink.

I was really disappointed with their customer service and their lack of concern for my issue. I will look for another site to buy my inks from in the future.

So, I was in need of some black ink for my HP printer and decided to check out InkJetSuperStore for some affordable options. I ordered three cartridges, but when they arrived, I couldn't help but notice that they were slightly bigger than my existing ones. When I popped them in my printer, it wouldn't work with them at all. I was pretty frustrated and decided to reach out to the company to see if I could return the items and get a refund. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored - not cool, InkJetSuperStore!

I didn't want to deal with them anymore, so I went to a competitor and got some ink with no issues whatsoever. It's a shame that InkJetSuperStore couldn't be bothered to respond to my request for a refund - it just shows how little they care about their customers. If I were you, I'd steer clear of these folks and check out a more reliable company instead.

I bought some color ink from InkJetSuperStore (inkjetsuperstore.com) and it was pretty good, but I made a boo-boo and ordered the wrong black ink. So I've been trying to send it back for like, two weeks now, but they haven't responded to my four emails. And there's no phone number to call so I can't even talk to a real person. It's kind of a bummer, you know? I wish I had checked out some reviews before I bought anything from them.

I wouldn't recommend shopping with this site because they don't seem to care about their customers at all. They say all these positive things about how great they are, but when it comes down to it, they just don't follow through. So if you have any issues with your order, it doesn't seem like they're going to be very helpful.

Okay so, I only print like once a week or maybe twice a week tops, right? And I bought me some cartridges from InkJetSuperstore 'cause they had a pretty good price on 'em. But then, just after 10 freakin' months, they ran outta ink! And let me tell ya, that ain't never happened to me before. I usually can go like up to 3 years with my ink cartridges. Plus on top of that the dang things made my papers look all strange with splotches of colors that kinda looked like confetti. Not good. So I ain't gonna buy from InkJetSuperstore no more, let me tell ya. Total letdown.

So, I gotta say, I thought InkJetSuperStore would be a good place to buy ink cartridges - I mean, their name makes them sound like the experts, right? But boy was I wrong! I made the mistake of buying a whole suite of cartridges from them, all 10 of 'em. And boy oh boy, did I regret it! First of all, when I tried to install them, I noticed that they had a tendency to, um, explode. Yeah, you read that right - they straight up exploded on my shirt! And let me tell you, getting ink stains out of clothes is not a fun time. But anyway, I eventually managed to get those suckers tucked into my printer, and guess what? The prints were absolute trash! I mean, I'm talkin' blurry, streaky, just plain lousy. So I had to go out and spend even more money on real Canon cartridges just to fix the mess InkJetSuperStore had made. And sure, everything's back in order now, but I definitely won't be making that mistake again. My advice? Stay far, far away from InkJetSuperStore if you don't wanna end up with exploded ink and crappy prints.

I went ahead and made an order for a pack of 6 HP colour cartridges (refilled) on InkJetSuperStore (inkjetsuperstore.com). Well, let me tell you that this store is a mixed bag! I didn't have any issues with the other 5 cartridges, they worked just fine. However, one of the cartridges was not at all compatible (it only showed gray instead of magenta), which can be very frustrating! I tried to get in touch with them by using the email address ***@inkjetsuperstore.ca, but it seems like it's out of service. Bummer! That's the only way I knew to contact them. So I don't have any way to solve the issue myself. If you're lucky enough to get a working product, you're in good hands. But if you're hit with a dud like I was, you'll be forced to write a review like this and swear off buying from them again.

I remember back in the day, when I could rely on InkJetSuperStore to give me the best ink cartridges for my printer. But that all changed when they got bought out in 2016. Now, it seems like the quality has gone way down. I recently purchased a set for my printer and was extremely disappointed. The black cartridge printed terrible and the yellow one was leaking inside the packaging. It was a real mess.

To make matters worse, it has been nearly impossible to get any sort of assistance from the company. It seems like they don't care about their customers anymore. The customer service that used to be top-notch is now nonexistent. It's really too bad because InkJetSuperStore used to be awesome.

I'm not sure what happened with the buyout, but it seems like they really need to step up their game. If they don't, I'm afraid they'll start losing customers left and right. I really hope they can turn things around and get back to the level of quality they had before. Until then, I'll have to find another supplier for my ink cartridges.

Been buyin' stuff from InkJetSuperStore for almost a decade now and I hadn't had a problem with their customer service until recently, ya know? I gave 'em a heads-up about some changes I made to my profile, but then my order didn't arrive and oh boy, was I ticked off! What really ground my gears was the attitude, ya feel me? I asked if I was still gonna get charged even if I didn't receive my order and they said "you betcha!" When people get all defensive instead of actually solving problems, it just ain't cool. I'm startin' to think I gotta start lookin' for a backup option. Watch yerself before ya give these guys yer business.

InkJetSuperStore, I gotta let you know, I am a big fan of your website inkjetsuperstore.com. I recently purchased some ink cartridges from you guys and let me tell you, they arrived super fast. Actually, I was surprised they made it to my doorstep so quick since I live in the boonies.

I slapped those babies in my printer and boom, they worked like a charm. No mess, no fuss, and they lasted a long time. I also appreciate the fact that you guys have a huge selection of different brands and types of ink cartridges to choose from.

The only thing that I noticed was that the website was a little hard to navigate. I had to do a few clicks to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall though, it was worth it because your prices were really competitive.

Oh, and one more thing, I think there might have been a typo on my order confirmation. It said "antix cartridges" instead of "toner cartridges". It gave me a bit of a chuckle though and didn't affect my order at all.

Anyways, I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to InkJetSuperStore. I will definitely be purchasing from you guys again in the future.

I got some toners from InkJetSuperStore for my Canon printer and two of them fitted nice and easy. But the third one was all wrong. It just wouldn't go in. I don't know what's up with them over at the store, but they're not willing to admit they sent me a bad cartridge. They won't give me my money back or send me a good one. They tell me that their guarantee only lasts 90 days and after that it's not their problem anymore. But who goes through 3 toners in 90 days? If they sell a bad product, they should stand behind it until it's all used up. I'm not looking to buy from InkJetSuperStore ever again.
