PC Richard & Son review: Electrolux dryer and electrolux washer

I previously complained about the Electrolux Electric Dryer and the issue was resolved by issuing a store credit. PC Richards ordered a new Electrolux dryer on 09/28/2020 and as of today (12/22/2020) it has not been delivered (out of stock with no ETA available). That is 120 days with no estimated delivery date? Now the matching Electrolux washer is in need of repair again. Since this is a matching pair I can not purchase another dryer which in my opinion renders both washer and dryer unrepairable (since PC Richards can not obtain the dryer from the manufacturer). Other manufacturers Electric Dryers are not compatible with the Electrolux washer therefore rendering both obsolete. Basically since they are matching pairs when one malfunctions and can not be replaced within a reasonable time period then PC Richards in good faith should credit the washer as well so I can purchase a matching set that is in stock.
