My Paypal account was compromised while I was on a cruise on 8-30. Several transactions of payments were made to unknown individuals with a total of $400.00. My paypal account was changed from personal to business without my authorization. As a result I've been working with paypal to resolve the situation and refund the amounts taken from my bank. They have refused to cooporate and continue to send me emails that I authorized the charges. I cannot find an address to send the information to a Complaint DFepartment.
