"My account was compromised in an account takeover. The thief added their own profile into my 'Send Again' contact list to steal $719. PayPal's automated system closed my dispute as 'authorized' without manually reviewing my modified contact list. They are refusing my legal right to an appeal."the person took money out of my acct 3 times in a row.they should have seen their was something wrong.had to contact my bank to fight it.

Desired outcome: 719.00 refund
