On August 12 I made a transaction on the Merchant app/website called Self after a month of pending I contact the PayPal support team about this issue the PayPal support said she will contact the rewards team about this after some weeks of waiting nothing so I got a hold of one of the PayPal executives to resolve this issue with the rewards team and after some weeks nothing happen. At this point it has been over 2 months and it still pending (As Shown in the Picture)

Desired outcome: I just need PayPal to give me my 400 Reward points.
