I bought a dead skin grinder from jo-homemarket. It worked fine when I got it so I gave good review. But the very next day it quit working. So I complained to seller and got no response. So I requested RMA and got no response. So I filed a complaint with ebay. Seller asked for proof, I sent a video showing pushing button and doing nothing. Got no response. So I requested refund from Paypal. They drug out the claim for 3 weeks and then denied saying product was as advertised. Appealed because that was not the complaint, that it stopped working, it is defective product. Said willing to return defective product. No response.
