Payless Car Rental review: Avoid this place
Reservation made with Expedia (Itin#[protected]) for a car in Toronto(Pearson Int Airport) for 3 days priced at 145.13 US dollars turned out in the end for a total amount of 402.28 Can dollars.
First-251.36 for excess insurance that was obligatory otherwise they wouldn´t give the car (even with that I had to leave a 500 Can dollar deposit)
Second-I had to wait for another car for more than an hour( seat belt of the driver was not working) and the tank of the new car was 3/4 and they did not
fill it up upon my request.
Third-Charge of two extra hours when the car was returned on time as you can see in the deposit and the payment receipt (also to remind that in the first day I was waiting for a substitution car more than an hour).
As you can see a memorable experience . This is not Payless is Payalotmore and I felt like I was dealing with the mob and just want to get out of there. legally I probably just can ask for the 2 hours charged (26 can dollars) but my main reason is to warn anyone to avoid this place.
