4:09 P.M., Abby answered the call. (me) Hello Abby, I had my hair lighted about a month or two, from black to a nice Carmiel color. I just needed to-call cut off.

4:12, machine, I know you close at 5, Just need to set up appointment.
4:14, 4:15, 4:16, left message on how rude it was to hang up and then not answer the phone, very bad customer service. 4:19, 4:21, 4:22.
