Horrible! Wrong color!
They sent me wrong color hair and did not replace! I contacted WowAfrican and told them that I was not satisfied with my purchase and asked for a replacement and their rep only annoyed me with ridiculous questions. They asked me if I didn't like the quality. I told them that there was nothing wrong with quality but color was wrong and not the one I ordered. And then they said "thanks for shopping with us" and that's all! I need a replacement, I can't use this hair because it's too dark!
I will not buy from them again, because these people are crazy and unprofessional. I told them a million times that I need another color and they asked why didn't I like the quality. Horrible!
Quality
Purchased a wig from www.wowafrican.com website. It was supposed to be real human hair wig but the one arrived looked nothing like pictures and definitely had nothing to do with real human hair! It was very badly made, hair was synthetic, and I could even see a cap!
I wanted to get a refund, but unfortunately customer service never bothered to answer my messages and it seems like they decided to keep my money. I will never buy anything from them again and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about WowAfrican website!

Scammed by WowAfrican.
I had an awful experience with WowAfrican. I bought some hair from them, but hair I received was horrible and ugly! I contacted their customer service and was told to send them pictures of that disgusting hair . After the pictures were sent they said that is was my fault and I damaged the hair. But the funnies part was that I sent them pictures of my hair. These people don't even know how their products look like! They said that I damaged the hair because I straightened it. Then I sent them the picture of the hair I received and they offered me a discount for another order. They also asked me to send their hair back to them. WowAfrican is a scam website! They cannot even tell the difference between their products and some other random hair! They care only about taking and wasting our money. Don't purchase hair from this fraudulent company!
The wig bad-quality and hairs were straight
I didn’t like the wig, which I bought from the company www.wowafrican.com. I found that wig and felt in love with it. The wig arrived and it didn’t look as on the photo. It was wavy and but bottom hairs were straight. The seller agreed to change the wig, but I have waited 2 months. However, the seller stated that they shipped from USA, but my parcel arrived from China. Therefore, the quality was terrible.

I will never again use the website www.wowafrican.com. I bought hair extensions from them, but the hairs were so thin and the order didn’t look as on the website. I contacted the customer services and explained the problems. But the seller told me that they could do nothing. They sent me correct order and didn’t want to waste their time. Terrible services and attitude.
