I have not received booking confirmation, unable to contact via telephone as directs you to website online chat. However, you need the booking reference in order to do this. I have tried the forgot booking reference function, this does not work. The email address on this site is no longer manned. Totally impossible to get hold of anyone once you have handed over your money!
