April 24, I bought a car from Park Mazda for $13,350 in cash. The vehicle was in good working condition and had an AMVIC inspection. However, I have encountered some problems with the clutch and gear box within 60 days of purchase. These issues were already present when I bought the car. Unfortunately, the business has not been helpful in resolving these problems and has only referred me to the warranty. The cost of fixing the issues will exceed $2300, including towing and labor expenses. To make matters worse, I was left stranded 130km away from my home. This has been a frustrating experience with Park Mazda.

I'm also experiencing problems with seals leaking on the transfer case and a strange clunking noise. They removed heavy metal pieces and filings from the oil, but they claimed there was no issue. It seems that the package and warranty are handled in-house, so they can decide what to do. This is not what I expected when I signed up for it. They took my money without any issues, but they didn't provide the service I was promised.
To make matters worse, the salesman walked away from me and said he was done, suggesting that I should just leave. There are more issues, but it would take too long to write them all down. The biggest problem is that after purchasing the package and warranty, they refused to give me any paperwork confirming what it covered or even that I had bought it.
