I bought a new 2018 Accord from them a year ago. I brought it in to have my first minder service (Service B, I changed oil myself and needed to have tire rotated so I brought it in). Brought the car home, the next morning I checked the oil level it was way past the full mark, past the orange plastic. I called them and they said to bring it in. I brought the car in and the service manager checked the oil with me in the shop and he keeps insisting it's the right amount. We looked at it and he said a little overfilled is fine, I said it's not a little overfilled, it's past the full mark and even goes over the orange plastic part of the dipstick. He keeps insisting it's fine , giving me this and that about it only takes a few ounce to get past the orange plastic. I didn't want to argue with him and brought the car home and drained some oil out. It took me too drains to get the level to the the right level, just under the max line. I ended up draining out almost half a quart. The Accord takes 3.7 Qts, and I think they just dumped 4 quarts in and called it good. Now 3 weeks later I checked the radiator reservoir and find that it's almost empty, way below the low mark. With Service B they supposed to check and top up all fluids. Well they DID NOT bother to check my radiator fluids at all. I am ordering Honda Genuine COOLANT (Type-2) from Amazon and will top it off myself. These guys are a bunch of crooks and clowns. I will not bring my car anywhere near their shop again.

I had a really bad experience with the repair service at Luther Hopkins Honda. I went there on 10.26.21 to get an oil change and new wiper inserts. After I paid for the service and got in my car, I immediately noticed a strong smell of oil or some kind of fumes. As I drove away from the dealership, I realized that my vehicle sounded much louder than it did when I arrived in the evening. Today, when I turned on the heat, it started smelling like fumes again, so I had to turn it off. On top of that, my car's RPMs are running really high. I'm really frustrated and want to know why I'm experiencing these major issues after leaving your service department.

They took a cash payment from me totaling $1582, which included Pulse for $299, Window Tint for $299, and *** for $671. I asked the salesperson if the window tint was necessary, and he said it wasn't. So, I decided not to get the windows tinted. However, the *** finance department still charged and collected $299 for the tinting that wasn't even done. *** has refused to give me a refund for the $299. I would like to know if I'm eligible for a refund and, if not, could I please get an explanation.

I bought a 2016 Honda Pilot from Luther Hopkins Honda with low mileage and an extended warranty. It also had clear coat upgrades. However, I have already had some issues with it. The car needed a new battery and a new starter, which cost me around $2000. Thankfully, these repairs were covered by the warranty, but I had to request coverage each time I visited the dealership.
The handling and shifting of the car have been erratic and unpredictable, especially at speeds below 40mph. The stereo and map system often glitches and reboots on its own. Additionally, after getting the windshield replaced, I noticed that one rubber part was loose and another one was lost from the roof.
The exterior of the car is extremely delicate. It gets scratched even with the slightest touch. I have also noticed bubbling paint and rust spots developing, despite regularly washing the car and having a clear coat. I park it in a garage, so it's not exposed to harsh weather conditions.
Another issue I have encountered is that the compartment of the car smells like fuel after refilling the gas tank. This is quite concerning and needs to be addressed.
I have tried reaching out to the service department customer representative via email, but I did not receive a reply. I then exchanged emails with the service department manager. She claims that she sent me an email asking me to bring the car in, but I never received it in my regular or junk emails. I had even flagged her as a favorite contact prior to these emails. I never received any emails from her manager, as I was told.
Overall, I am disappointed with the quality and reliability of my 2016 Honda Pilot. The car has had multiple issues, and the customer service experience has been lacking. I hope that these issues can be resolved soon.
