CLICK BAIT AD! I was at Auto Gallery Imports Inc. for 3 hours last Sunday checking out a car they had on their website for $26,495. We took it for a test drive and liked it. But when we started discussing the price with the salesman Jaime, he said that the manager had just added an extended warranty on Friday, so the price went up to 29k+. They didn't update it on the website yet, apparently. They could have told us this during the whole 3 hours we were there, especially since we mentioned the advertised price from the site multiple times. The extended warranty should be optional, not something that affects the price. The car still had 9 months left on its current warranty. Today, on 5/28, the price is still the same on their website. I tried reaching out to the salesman yesterday about the car, but he never responded. I'll take my money elsewhere and find an honest dealership. It's disappointing that even during a pandemic, people are still misleading others with false advertisements.

I couldn't know the details because they gave me the price I financed from the bank and didn't mention any other prices. When I called them, they told me about gap insurance and a bunch of charges I didn't know about. After I left the dealership, I got the tire pressure lights on because they changed the wheels from the base model and didn't program the sensors. I asked them to send me information about what else I purchased besides the vehicle, but I still haven't received it!

They never gave me my car keys, and they didn't explain the paperwork to me either. When I called and emailed for help, they said there was nothing they could do, and the only option was to trade the car in after everything settled. The problem is, they never gave me my car keys. They just gave them away. And now they expect me to figure everything out and pay for a car I can't afford.

The salesperson said they would make all the payments to my current car company so I could switch to a used car at their dealership. I completed all the paperwork to get my new car. Then the finance manager said they could only make a partial payment and I had to give them the rest of the money to pay my leasing company. I agreed and they added the extra charges to the contract. I left my old car at the dealership with the payments and drove home in my new car. About a month later, I got a bill from my leasing company for my old car. No payments were made, not even the partial payment the dealership promised. They also didn't use the money I gave them to pay for the car. Now I have a bill for a car I don't own and I lost the money I gave the dealership. I tried contacting them many times to fix this, but they haven't responded. It shows they don't want to help.
