513067159 order number, date of order: 7 july 2025. collection date:15 july 2025. contract with parcelabc. pickup should be done by GLS. Gls does not give any warning when they are coming, so that I can be home. No telephone call and no email when the pickup should be done, The customer service of parcelabc only gives me crap, your address is not complete all that kind of stuf. All other parcels that I sent no problem but this time is compleet [censored]!
