Panera Bread review: Your turkey, avocado, BLT sandwich at your Exton, PA location

Hi: I was in Rehoboth Beach, DE last weekend over President's weekend. I fell in love with Panera Bread, as it was close to my hotel. I went there 2 nights in a row and purchased the half sandwiches of Steak & White Cheddar on a roll and the Turkey, Avocado, BLT. Both were delicious. I also bought a smaller salad, which was great as well. This evening, since I am back home, I drove to your Exton, PA location to order the same meal as listed above. The steak & white cheddar was as it was in Rehoboth. However, the turkey, avocado, bacon sandwich was nowhere near what it should have been in comparison with Rehoboth's.

At Rehoboth, they used real Turkey and the bacon, you could see it and taste it, while on the toasted/bread roll. It was delicious, so much so, I went there twice. Tonight's sandwich was on some type of softer whiteish bread, it was some sort of turkey/chicken lunchmeat with "NO" taste. The bacon seemed fake too! What is going on? Please use the REAL Turkey moving forward.

Also, the chicken in the Caesar salad from this evening, had no taste and I could not tell if that was some sort of pressed meat as well. Your sandwiches and salads are not cheap, there is no reason to substitute what should be there, as I will never buy from you again after this experience. Had I not had these in Rehoboth, I would never have known the difference. However, there is a HUGE difference between your locations.
