Staff was rude… grilled cheese for grand daughter was so hard she could not eat!

Soup was cold.. Out of ingredients for baja bowl so order that cost full price was about 1/2 of the order! Drink bar not stocked so had to keep asking for items and that made staff mad! Tea grounds came out in cup from dispenser (gross).. There was a little sign saying use kiosk so people that didn’t see it stood forever because employees never said a word! My grand daughter chose panera and was her first time there… horrible

Desired outcome: Review store â€¦ money refunded would be nice
