Panera Bread not getting what I ordered

it started with a 15 minute wait and it's very hot outside and the girls working were more concerned in their own person conversation rather than getting my order right. A 15 wait for a bagel and a sandwich is ridiculous. and i get home and my bagel is burnt black they gave me the wrong cream cheese and they didn't give me a knife to spread the cream cheese. i normally love panera but i'm not sure if i'll eat there again

Panera Bread lack of cleanliness, service

We have been to Panera Cafe 3956 serveral times and enjoyed good service & food.
Yesterday, August 19 @ 5:17pm, check No496541 .. we waited a "while" before cashiers who were in the area assisted us (elder gentlement was waiting ahead of us)." Alexa" who I asked if we needed to order at self service said if you pay by credit card I can help you. I did. I took cups for beverages & found the cleanist "dirty" table available. They were obviously not wiped down for a while.
Then, I went to Ladies Room & found repulsive conditions...no Paper Towels.
My Husband who waited on our order saw/heard associates bantering around so obviously no Mgr around.
Our food was okay, but not as appetizing in a dirty environment. My Corn Chowder was luke warm. We just ate & exited asap. A bad time for us to visit.

Panera Bread I ordered a italian sandwich one of the worst sandwich I ever had from your store.

The sandwich was Horrible the bread was old and hard the cold cuts smelled no cheese on the sandwich. As a professor of business, I would protest your business and ask my students not to purchase sandwichs in your establishment. This has happened two times already your management team is not equipped to handle the volume of business with quality service. As a professor of business management, your team needs training and I'm willing to train your management team for free the location of this establishment is Panera Bread Cafe 3313 in Orlando, Florida 32806.

The check number # 112558 (7/18/2018) 2:33:30 PM I had to discard the sandwich because it was horrible to resolve the issue with me I'm requesting a refund for the sandwich $9.29

Panera Bread rapid pick-up

We ordered at 1030 a.m. for a 1200 p.m. pick-up. I arrived at 1155 and received my order at 1210. The manager said they got busy that is why my order was delayed. What's the point of rapid when I still have to wait like the other customers coming into eat? I also did not receive a receipt with the order and after getting home my order was wrong. Please assist because this is ridiculous

Panera Bread chipotle chicken avocado melt

when I open up the box to my sandwich it was a complete mess, there was sauce all over the top of the bread and the avocado in the sandwich was not ripe at all, it was rather hard. I am extremely disappointed in Panera because past expieriences I have had were great but the sandwich now looks displeasing to me because of the lack of care taken into making my food.

Panera Bread unauthorized charges

Panera Bread unauthorized charges on my card for food I never purchased called, emailed and provided all proof after 2 months calling and emailing I still have not had a resolution. Reps keep stating they are behind on Returns, but they originally stated it would be 30 days

STAY AWAY FROM THE KIOSK THEY WILL TRIPLE CHARGE YOU FOR GARBAGE FOOD NEVER AGAIN

Panera Bread racial comments and gestures

I was waiting for my order by the food area and I happened to overhear a manager or assistant manager (or someone higher up) ask for an extra Asian dressing and I believe the salad guy didn't hear so the manager made a rude gesture with his fingers to his eyes and said loudly "Asian! Dressing! Asian" personally I will not be supporting this kind of behavior or the business ever again. I will be reporting this to the company and hopefully, some sort of talk or action will happen. disgust.

Panera Bread payment not received

My name is Naomi Eke (447162),
I work at the Panera located in Creve Coeur.
For the past month and half, I have worked 3 or more pay role
cycle without getting my checks/payslips.

I have made several attempt for this to be rectified, including
sending my account and routing number, made several calls and asked my store managers to send emails severally hence this
mail.

Mariah and Anthony (managers) have informed me they have made a request to pay role and sent out emails, but have yet to get a response.

I write to ask for this situation be addressed promptly, as it is
demoralising to me.

Panera Bread Food and people

First we waited about 15 mins for our food in the drive threw. Then we get our food are order was right but what a disappointment I come to Panera bread all the time and never seen the food like this. I got a whole frontega chicken panini and one had a whole block of cheese then my second one had no cheese. Meat was half off the bread. Our drinks had no pop it was alllllll ice. So when we get our food they don't even say sorry for your wait of anything. Never going back to that Panera. Austin landing Ohio panera bread.

Panera Bread manager

Hi I was at coral gables panera bread and the manager(Danny) was very rude he wouldn't acknowledge me as I was at the register.He wasn't wearing gloves when he was getting food, he was treating me with no respect "maybe because I am black".He was yelling at one of his associates very badly and made her cry and when the other associates were telling him to calm down he kept yelling at her "maybe because she was black".i do not recommend Coral gables Panera bread for any black people because I seen how this manager treats people.

Panera Bread quality of my order today.

7/15/18 6:18 pm Cafe 0893 Check number 1304258

I ordered 2 pick 2's, both the same.
1/2 Grilled Cheese with Bacon, Tomato Soup, Bagettee (dinner roll not available)

1) Both halves of Grilled Cheese had burned crust.
2) Tomato Soup was VERY thick -- looked more like marinara sauce than soup. Tasted burned.
3) Bagettees were too hard to eat.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this order & would like it replaced. I have pictures on my cell phone if you would like to see anything.

Panera Bread general manager

The general manager Steve is an [censored]. Was in Lumberton NC the other day 7-13-18 and he was cussing employees and dropping f-bombs. My daughter and I got up and left without even finishing our meal. This is so unprofessional and will definitely not stop there again. On a positive note, the guy and girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Panera Bread panera macaroni and cheese 16 oz.

I purchased a 16oz container of Panera Macaroni and Cheese from the deli section of the Walmart on Abercorn Street in Savannah, Ga. The expiration date on the bottom of the container is dated 7/27/2018. Today's date is 7/14/2018. Upon getting home, I opened the container to microwave the contents and there was a large area of mold on the top of the Macaroni and cheese, but under the removable safety plastic. I am very disappointed. I always order this in the restaurant and was excited to see it in the grocery store.

Panera Bread grilled cheese sandwiches

The only two things that I would get from Panera Bread was their Mac and cheese and their grilled cheese. But after I found a piece of hair in my Mac and cheese it's only the grilled cheese that I get. But that has changed because they changed the bread and cheese that they used for it and now it's just awful, it leaves a sour taste in my mouth. My sister gets the same thing as me but after she also found hair in her Mac and cheese and cheese still in its plastic wrapper in her grilled cheese sandwich she doesn't like Panera anymore.

Panera Bread bacon scrambled egg, cheese on ciabatta

Hello Panera,
My member number is: [protected]. My name is Jenny Heck. I stopped for breakfast today at Panera, and did a "customized order", using the keeosk tablet to place my order. I specifically said/clicked "Bacon and ham" and Basil Pesto for my sandwich. I did not receive bacon or pesto on my sandwich, when I got to work and had unwrapped it. I usually do not complain, but its a treat for me to stop at Panera. I am diabetic and when I order a sandwich, I only eat the bottom piece of bread, to cut down on the carb intake. I beef up my protein intake on any sandwich, hence I ordered Bacon+ Ham on the sandwich. I also beef up the condiments, as there is little to no carbs in that. To not receive part of my protein and the topping, made a difference in my whole sandwich and experience. For me, Panera is a luxury, that may sound funny, but I do not have extra money, and when I do treat myself there, I want to receive what I've purchased. I am disappointed to have received a dry sandwich with half of the items I ordered on it.

Panera Bread green goddess cobb salad - take out

Good afternoon, my name is Michele and let me start off by stating I love this salad which always comes with a side (bread or chips) and I usually have it while dinning in. Unfortunately, on my way to work on July 11, 2018, I stopped in at the Panera Bread located at 7061 Coastal Way Strip Mall, in Brooksville, Florida to pick up a Green Goddess Cobb Salad for lunch as a takeout item. I would like to share my disappointment with this decision, as soon as I to my office I opened the bag to put the salad away. When I took the salad out I was extremely disappointed with the sparing amount of ingredients in the container as well as a very large piece of lettuce heart, along with no side (bread or chips).
As you know Panera salads are not inexpensive I paid $7.45 for ½ a salad and I really feel as if I did not get my money's worth and am very upset that all things paid for were not included.

Panera Bread i'm a employee that was terminated without full understanding of why I was being terminated

I am very upset because I was terminated without being contacted, I had a family emergency and my cell is broken so of course it was going to take time to get in contact with my supervisors, I sent an email but no response. This was a no show call situation and I needed the night off I was almost done with training as well, also there was a lot of unjust things that I heard from the head baker that was training me about other employees missing work without calling in and the top supervisor Ricky
fisher sleeping with young employees also other employees destroying company property due to a fire the was self started. I just don't understand how I can get terminated for something that I was not told I could be terminated for and other employees are still employed for things you should never do on the job.

I had similar issue. I was stealing from them. I took food home, stole money from the cash register. They fired me. I also don't understand how I can be terminated for something I was not told about.

Panera Bread hiring ethics

My son applied for the driver position your company had posted. Your company is so stupid, he went down for a interview at Tyler in Riverside interview went good then he received a call telling him he was okay . Well on Monday 7-9-18 he went down at 4:15 some stupid manager or whoever said that they were not accepting anyone with a little minor cosmetic damage can't be seen unless you are looking. For $11 an HR you expect people to not have any issues really? What kind of a business are you trying to run?. I am a Human Rsources Manager and I can go and report your so called Manangent . You don't run a delivery service or start one acting totally unprofessional. Your Managers and whoever else is involved in the hiring process need to get their act together and know what the right hand is doing. Maybe you should train your Managers how to run a business because they don't have a clue. I would like a response from someone who is in Management of hiring and training and hiring for your delivery service you are trying to start.

My son went down for interview last week received a call from Management to go down again. Some stupid manager or someone said that they would not accept a car with any cosmetic damage which you can not see unless you look real hard. REALLY? For 11 an HR you are going to be stupid?. Your Manager s need train on hiring for your delivery service. I am a Human Rsources Manager and I could go higher in your organization for some satisfaction. My son received a call to bring two forms of ID and no mention of such a stupid inspection for his car by someone not authorized to deny the hiring of him. Your Managers and whoever does the interviewing need to get their act together and really do t act so u professional.
I would like to hear back from someone who can explain to me this kind of hiring treatment.

Look, the reason that your son did not get a job is because he still needs mommy to fight his battles for him. They see him as weak and unable to fend for himself. He should be ashamed that he comes crying to you. Also they have a right to hire whom they want. If they are going to see that your son still cries to you when he is told something he does not like they won't hire him. How do you even know that your son is telling the truth. I bet he still wears a diaper, and you still breastfeed him. Also I doubt that you are a human resource manager as you need a college education for that, and you have the spelling and grammar skills of a ten year old. The only liar is you when you lied and falsely accused someone of working for the company simply for telling your wimp of a son to grow up.

Panera Bread grilled cheese

the other day i went to panera and ordered a grilled cheese not knowing they replaced the bread and cheese. this was a very poor decision and it's to my understanding that not many other people like this either. this really was all i likes from panera so i guess i will not be eating there anymore. i don't know why they decided to change it but it taste very poorly made and it's too expensive to taste the way it does. disappointed.

Panera Bread caesar salad/ customer service

First of all my salad tasted like [censored]! There was barely any lettuce in it and what was in it tasted like old warm lettuce! The lady that took my order was great so thank you for that but the lady that prepared my salad was rude. I asked her for extra dressing and she answered with an attitude saying "you want even more" and the other lady that was standing there wouldn't stop glaring at me and give me dirty looks! I am not happy at all! Every time I come to this location there is always a damn problem! Don't go to the one on south willow street in Manchester!
