Panda Express review: rude employee/ very long lines

Hello, I wrote about this on the yelp page but I need to make sure you read what my complaint. I don't know her name but she's a slender woman, Latina, with curly hair at your Van Nuys and Burbank location. Each time I visit this Panda Express location, the lines are long, I mean it's taken up to 20 minutes for me once to get to order my food. At each of those times, that woman is working. She's rude each time as well, gives attitude and at times gets the orders wrong. She gives no apology fir the long line and instead gives attitude. All I ask is that you properly train her to do her job or get another employee. She's negatively affecting this Panda Express location. Thank You.
