I was embarrassed by the manager on duty, whose name tag listed her name as Shelby.
I was having lunch with a group of friends. I made the terrible mistake of asking if I may have a refill on my Chai tea. In front of many customers, she complained that I had already received a larger serving than I should have, because the drink was put into a larger glass by mistake. Then said " No refill"
Surely there is a less caustic way for management to address a customer's question.

I went to panara bread on my lunch break and I waited 25 min for this measly sandwich and an apple and it cost me $6. Didn't even get a drink with it. Horrible service and rude employees. I'm very upset I wasted my time and money. I ate the sandwich and it was so tiny had no toppings just a flat piece of turkey with a piece of cheese on it. I was still hungry so had to go somewhere else after to get a real sandwich. I'll never go here again.
