In May 2025 I told PBT member that I wanted to cancel, not freeze my membership. In fact I told her twice. No reason to believe she would not cancel it. On the last day I left and told her, again, to cancel my membership. She said that's fine, she would do that but asked me to sign. I did with the understanding she would cancel my membership. 8 months later my wife asks me why PBT is charging us on a monthly basis. I called the local office believing a mistake was made. The local manager told me she had a signed document on May 2025 allowing PBT to continue the charges. I have filled out a report but no one from PBT has contacted me as described in the complaint process. I am not letting this go because this is just so wrong and not how a business treats a customer who had been using this operation for at least 3 years.
Desired outcome: Someone from PBT corporate or legal call me so we can discuss the entire situation.
