The staff are excellent, so kind and caring while being efficient and professional. Whenever I have a question or a concern it is addressed immediately. Winnie is wonderful and I feel so well taken care of during my appointments with her. This time I also had some ventilation done and Simmi did an excellent job.

I was almost resigned to the fact that I would have to live with hair loss forever, until I discovered Pacific Hair in downtown Vancouver. I reached out to them and scheduled an appointment. When I arrived at their office, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff in a clean and well-maintained environment. Their strict adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols, including private sitting and consultation rooms, hand washing, temperature checks, and mask-wearing, reassured me that they took the pandemic seriously and prioritized my comfort and safety.

Today I had my consultation with Pacific Hair Loss Solutions, as I have been struggling with hair loss since my early 20's and nothing has been able to stop the loss of my hair. I have tried many different treatments and products, from pharmaceutical grade to natural, topical and ingestible as well as PRP, nothing has been able to stop my hair from falling out. This got me searching for alternative solutions and brought me to Pacific Hair Loss Solutions. I had called a few places and none of them were upfront about the estimated prices or wanted to explain the process to me. Pacific Hair Loss Solutions was very forthcoming regarding budget, they provided me with full length videos of the process and then in my consultation (which is complementary) readdressed the steps, aligned my expectations and gave a very real explanation of the product, service and treatment as a whole. Fanta was the consultant I met with and I cannot express how her calm and elegant manner really helps put me at ease in this vulnerable situation. Through email and phone call I was in contact with Emily who is very funny and great at answering those last minute questions you forgot to ask. The entire staff is very on the ball with their product knowledge, I never received contradicting information between the staff which shows a high level of not only professionalism, but integrity and honesty. I'm looking forward to my installation date and receiving my first hair piece. I'll post photos and update this on September 15th when I go back. So far I'm giving my 100% recommendation and 10's across the board. I've been dealing with hair loss since my late 20's. It started out as a thinning patch on the crown of my head, dead center. I went to several doctors, and was told it was normal hair thinning, and there was nothing we could do for it. I felt frustrated and hopeless, not knowing where to turn for a solution. Over the years, I've tried various treatments such as oils, massage, crown pieces, hair extensions, and now wigs. They were all lacking in results, and this made me feel defeated and hopeless. The wigs would be so hot and itchy, and would not cover my whole scalp, lifting in the backs and the sides. I was always so self-conscious, that it didn't fit correctly, or the hair would get ratty, even with good care. After a few weeks, they would start to feel like straw, and I couldn't even put my hair up in a ponytail or an updo. They were just so uncomfortable. I ended up spending a lot of money for poor quality products, including human hair and synthetic wigs.

Pacific Hair Loss Solutions was able to help me choose a wig that would suit my complexion and appearance. The wig is incredibly soft, and 100% top-quality human hair. (Top of the line!) It was custom fitted and is snug, does not slide around or slip, and does not show my natural hair. It fits perfectly and makes me feel so much better about how I look. The quality is amazing, unlike the cheap bad quality wigs I've tried before. The staff at Pacific Hair Loss Solutions are amazing, and they are at the top of the game when it comes to making you feel comfortable, and the Covid safety protocols. As soon as I walked in, my temperature was taken, and I was asked to wash my hands. Each room was private and very clean.

I am happy that I have found Pacific Hair Loss Solutions. Dealing with hair loss is a story of my which started early in my life, and significant loss showed at around [age], and I have been battling it ever since [number]+ years. At first I started using shampoos with the hope to reverse the hair loss and the more time passed by the more severe the hair loss became due to that I have tried all sorts of different hair loss products none of which worked. In the last year I have tried going bald for a while but after a while I highly disliked the bald look and decided to try one more time. [Product/Procedure] was supposed to work even better but after a couple months of trying I saw no difference more of what I saw is that it is slowly getting worse. So I went on the hunt for alternative methods that could give me what I was looking for and found Pacific Hair Loss Solutions. On the day of the appointment I was not sure as to what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism following COVID protocols. Starting with being let into the building, hand washing and then most importantly the private room for the procedure. During the whole process I felt safe and was assured that COVID won't be an issue during this procedure. It is really great to see that business adapt and make services available in such uncertain times by going the extra mile. Once the hair piece was presented initially I honestly wasn't too convinced that it is going to look good but after it has been put on with care and cut I was so surprised as to how great the quality is of the hairpiece, how it felt and how great it looked. What I am looking forward to doing the most now is attending events without having to worry about my appearance, doing sports, and most of all not wearing my collection of hats that I accumulated over the years. When I was younger, I got a bad chemical burn on my scalp. My hair started falling out rapidly, and through the years has progressively gotten worse. I have tried numerous products including special shampoos, natural remedies, a store-bought serum (which was later banned because it was causing cancer), a variety of oils, and most recently hair building fibers that I'm sure has exacerbated my hair loss more! Due to the pandemic, I was very nervous about visiting Pacific Hair Loss Solutions but was quickly surprised by the safety measures they have in place! Before I even met with them, there was a detailed email of what to expect as well as questions to ensure that I was not exposed or feeling ill. I was to call upon my arrival and they took my temperature before even walking in the door. I was then immediately brought to a handwashing station and then escorted to a private room. All of the staff had face coverings. Some even wore both a mask and a shield! I was thoroughly impressed. My new hairpiece feels and looks amazing! I find myself running my fingers through my hair because it feels so soft and looks so natural. I couldn't help but post a selfie and that's something that I would never normally do! I'm usually hiding behind a hat, not showing off my fabulous hair! I love how secure the personalized clips make the hairpiece feel so natural. It was super windy yesterday and I could just allow my hair to fly in the wind. I finally feel confident enough to make eye contact with strangers and am so thankful I will no longer clog my hair follicles with products that are only going to make the problem worse. (Not to mention having the ability to make my hair go from a 2 to a 10 in under a minute ?) The team at Pacific Hair Loss Solutions made sure the color was a perfect match and cut it to my specifications. They followed up to ensure that I was happy and asked if there were any adjustments needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I came to Pacific Hair because I really wanted a positive change. I was tired of spending so much time on my hair, I even mentioned this to them at my initial consultation. I wanted my hairpiece to look and feel natural, give me more confidence and not have to worry so much on spending so much time on my hair but all the issues I have had with the hairpiece since I got it have made me more frustrated and upset. After my initial consultation on April 10, issues started to arise. The biggest issue was that I could see the lace in the split of my hair on the top. It was really noticeable and it totally gave away that I was wearing a hairpiece. I could also feel the lace around the edges of the piece at the back of my head. Some spots were even hard like they were not smoothed out enough. Another big issue was that I could see the shininess of the adhesive under the lace and there was even some adhesive on my forward that was a different color than my forehead (more yellowy). It's like the adhesive came down too far, it was really obvious. They couldn't even get the color right! The color I asked for wasn't even correct. It was too orange and didn't blend with my natural hair. The orange was too bright and not at all what I wanted. The back of my hair was really orangey blonde on the top layer (the hairpiece) and my natural hair is dark brown underneath. It looks like two separate pieces, the colors don't even blend well together. I would have thought that some lowlights would have been put into the new piece so that it blended well with my hair. I also wasn't told at the initial consultation that the piece can't be 100% air dried. I didn't know that I had to blow dry the top part (base) fully first because if it's still wet, it can break down the adhesive and cause the piece to lift. And I also didn't know that I would have to likely do touch ups if the piece lifted in some areas. I went back on April 16 to address my issues in person and they reassured me that all the issues I had could be fixed so I went back the next day to "fix" the issues. I was there for 4 hours so you would think everything would have been fixed. I was really hoping after that appointment I would feel confident and happy with the hairpiece, unfortunately I didn't. Although you tried to address the issues, I feel that they haven't been fixed to what I wanted and explained to you previously. When I got home and really looked at my hairpiece, I noticed the lace at the front wasn't properly bonded and came undone. I ended up having to re-bond it again. It wasn't easy for me to re-bond it and that is why I was uncomfortable with doing touch ups myself. The main reason of coming to you and getting a new hair piece in the first place, was to have less maintenance...and you said this piece would give me that, but it didn't. In fact, I feel even more stressed and uncomfortable with this piece, not at all the increased confidence I was hoping for. There was also a piece of lace sticking out at the back of my head. I noticed it when I was brushing my hair. So now I always have to feel around that area to make sure the piece isn't sticking out, and if it is I have to cover it with hair. The lace base just feels too bumpy and rigid to me, it feels like there are layers going down my head. As for the hairline/scalp area, you used a technique called ventilation to cover up some of the lace that was showing resulting in the split being more narrow. The technician said she would only do a little coverage because she said that she knew I still wanted the scalp/split to show, but looking at it now I think she did too much. I only see a very thin white line and barely any scalp. It looked okay there but when I got home and really looked at it, I felt different about it. It has more of a resemblance to a wig...not what a customer who is dealing with hair loss wants a piece to look like and looks too heavy and full on the top. I just feel like there's been nothing but problems with this piece from the start. I came to attempt to have the issues resolved, but ended up having more instead. I feel like every issue I addressed, they always had an answer for it and seemed not to notice the issues I mentioned. I found it frustrating how every issue I pointed out to them, they said they didn't notice it or that it looked good. I feel very unsatisfied and unhappy with this whole process. Had I known there would be all these issues, I would not have purchased a piece. I feel like new issues will continue to come up down the road. I spent close to $3,000 on this piece and it doesn't even look like it. I would think that a business that deals with customers who have sensitive concerns related to hair loss would do a better job of informing the customers on everything they need to know about the piece and making sure the piece is 100% to the customer's satisfactions. I already went in with low self esteem and low confidence, hoping that would change after having the piece but it has only made things worse!

I purchased a hair piece in June . The piece was not to my satisfaction. After many emails to the owner I was provided with another piece. I received the send piece this September 8th. I chose not to have this office cut or style my second piece because I was not satisfied with the cut and style of the lst piece. I took the second piece to another salon and had it inspected by the stylist who has had many years experience cutting and styling hair at reputable salons. She took a video of the piece and showed me that it appeard to have burnt marks and was previously cut and look liked it had also been used. I paid $1,995 for this and now have got yet again a piece that is totally not suitable nor is it custom made and appears to have been used. before picking up the second piece I instructed the office to ensure me that the second piece would not be cut or styled before I saw it and I received an email confirming that they would not touch the piece until I saw it. I am totally distraught and emotionally exausted with this experience. This has been a very traumatic and disappointing experience. I have spent too much time and money on a very personal item only to get a piece that is not appropriate and is also not authentic or original, as it has been altered before I received it. This is my first purchase of a hair piece and I would not have known what to look for to discover any of the flaws that this hair dresser discovered. I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality provided by Pacific Hair Loss Solutions.
