PC Richard & Son review: Thieves

I brought a Frigidaire Range 5 years ago for $1,861.00. The range began to malfunction last year, would set to 350 then it would jump to 900. then it would come on by itself, turning on timer, or oven light, or stove, it the middle of the night sometimes 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning beeping, I had to get up and unplug it , then it would flash error code. I had to constantly uplug it to sleep beeping to loud. I reported these problems, repair men sent out to change the panel on 3 different occassions. On Monday 10/05/2026 gas was escasping so bad I was getting sick stove wasn't even on had to call The Fire Department. They said don't use stove you have to get a new one because you weren't cooking it's malfuncting. Bottom line I was given a store credit of the $1,861.00 for a new range. Bottom line the new store was $195.00 less. I couldn't use the diffence to purchase an extended warranty or anything else in the store. So PCRichards kept by $195.00 difference saying sorry you lose that amount. So what does that mean you made money off of me from a fualty range. This is not right they are thieves. There motto is a lie Honesty, Intergity and reliabilty . PC Richard is not Honest. Electrolux is using Frigidaire name they went of business years ago because of faulty appliances. My daughter range is only 4 years old a Frigidaire and her oven stopped working, she only can you her eyes. Don't buy Frigidaire from PC Richards you"ll be sorry a few years later and don't get store credit they will find a way to keep some of it. If there was minus zero stars I would give 10. If PC Richard was the only store left on the planet and I needed anything they were selling, I would rather do without before I EVER SHOP IN THERE STORE AGAIN ! Cheryl T.
