I am writing to you regarding a duplicate charge for a recent purchase made at your Catania store on May 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
Last week, while on holiday in Catania, I bought two items from your shop. At the time of payment, the sales associate informed me that the initial transaction did not go through and subsequently re-processed the payment.
Upon reviewing my bank statement yesterday, I noticed that I have been charged twice for the amount of €42.98.
This appears to be an error on your part, and I kindly request a refund for the duplicate charge.
