Just finished a move with this company and I have absolutely no complaints. They were friendly, provided helpful advice, showed up exactly on time, and the movers were competent, careful, and worked very hard to get the job done ASAP. No damage to any furniture items, or walls. Would definitely use them again and will recommend them to all our family & friends. Thanks OO Movers!

These guys are amazing. Everything - from the initial request for a quote up to moving day itself - went smoothly. They made the moving process as painless as it can possibly be. Don't worry about the per hour billing - they actually work fast without sacrificing quality and make sure that your stuff gets to the destination safely. They were pretty great at packing and unpacking too. Highly recommended OO Movers!

After alot of research on internet, I called OO Movers and I am glad that I chosen them. Their Movers came on time & they were very helpful and polite. They packed my household items carefully and told me that you do not have to worry, we will take care of every item and they really did as what they said. All my belongings moved in same day to my new home safely and that was the happiest moment for me and I will never hesitate to recommend your name.

We have asked OO Movers for help twice with our move. Both times our experience was great. From the time I had Sandra from the office give me a quote to the move they were the best. Roberto and Gary were great. They were professional and very careful with our good. Both made sure our goods were packed and set nicely. They were fast, efficient, caring and professional. They helped to set the items in the right place too. Truly an amazing group of people.

OO Movers is by far the best way to move. No hidden fees like other guys. Our family has moved 3 times, with Ian, over the past year. He is professional.. reliable.. and knows how to pack a truck! Keeping all belongings safe, and treating our household furniture like his own. He also knows how to place the furniture in the right spots! I will always return to OO movers.. the idea to hire men who care.. and take pride in their work.. was the best idea! I will hire again!

I never had such a pleasant and worry free move. Sandra was very responsive on phone and then with replying emails and she also checked in the before the moving date to prep my readiness. On moving day, Abdul and Fernando were on time and worked efficiently, personable & professional. Abdul took good care of any fragile items & wrapped with plastic and blanket. Absolutely awesome service! I was afraid they may cancel due to the coronavirus stuff, but they came and got us moved in pretty quickly on March 30th. Super nice guys! The move out was great but it was a pretty ugly move in at the new apartment with a super small elevator, but they did an excellent job and nothing got broken. They even took my old mattress to the dump! Awesome awesome awesome! Will definitely use them again, and refer to all of my friends and family who are looking for movers!

My wife and I have now used your company two times to move... In fact the first time you left such an impression that we automatically contacted you for the second move. For this last move we had the team with Juan (Dave and Mike)... This team is amazing. The sheer speed they moved while still treating our possessions with the utmost care was incredible. The gentlemen were kind, courteous and extremely friendly. *** The team is a true positive presentation of your company and the industry as a whole. I would hope they are recognized for their efforts.

This was a good experience. The truck arrived just before the 1/2 window indicated. There were a few challenges with the height of the truck at both ends of the move, but they figured it out. The move was primarily boxes going from a storage locker to our offices and the crew worked efficiently. They were friendly, easy going when faced with challenges, professional, and accommodated my requests when I wanted boxes rearranged/move once placed. Unfortunately, *** but all in all, they were a pleasure to deal with. Head office was good to deal with as well when I booked this move last minute. No hesitation to recommend them!

Please see my review on ***: I would like to add that in this month, I have called 5 times, left 5 messages, emailed them directly twice, and asked for my call to be returned, and still I have not received a call from John A. Sadly, I do not enjoy giving bad reviews for any business, but in this case, this company deserves 0 stars. I was very diligent and I described everything that we needed moved in the preparation form that the company sends. I specified on the phone as well that they would need a big truck. A big truck was not sent. It was a small truck, and we ended up having to pay for two trips. Even after the two trips, there were still items left behind that we had to move ourselves. We also had a very nice crescent fish tank that was broken. My husband saw the movers drop it. They then tried to say it broke in transit, which was dishonest and untrue. I then reached out to the company, and they told me because we did not ask the fish tank be boxed up, that they would not replace it. We also had a lot of solid wood furniture. One of the most precious being my grandmother's single solid oak bed frame. We noticed after the movers had left that it was very badly scratched. I brought this up in my response to the company when they refused to cover the fish tank, and they did not even give me the respect of a reply. Zero stars from me. Hands down. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I hired these guys to move my stuff on May 4th. After they were done, the boss man said it was gonna be $79x.xx. I gave him $800 cash, but he didn't give me no receipt or nothing. Then on May 7th, I got an email receipt from their big boss. And guess what? The total was only $641.59! I called them up on May 8th and they said they'd call me back right away. But they never did. I texted them and emailed them, but they didn't answer. Finally on May 12th, they said they'd get back to me in 48 hours. But it's May 19th now and I still ain't heard nothing.

We had our move on July 16th, which we booked through OO Movers. A guy named *** showed up. The day after our move, we found out that an expensive fitness item was missing, which was a weighted work out vest. We have called OO Movers 4 times, asking someone to take responsibility for our missing vest. The mover himself said that there was no way it was missing because the truck was empty when they left. A lady from *** Movers called us to say she had the vest in the truck and it would be delivered to us. She sent a text with a picture of the vest to confirm it was ours and said it would be delivered. It's been three weeks now, and the vest has not been delivered, and the woman won't return our calls.

We used OO Movers for our move on April 1 (even though my complaint is about stuff that happened later). They sent a small truck when we asked for a big one, so we had to pay double. The movers dropped and broke our fish tank, and they wrecked my grandma's solid wood furniture (she's dead, by the way). OO wouldn't pay for the tank, and they wouldn't show me proof of the terms of service. They also ignored my comments about the furniture. I gave them a bad review, but the owner gave me the wrong phone number and never called me back (even though I left over 10 messages and emails). I followed up for months, but they never responded. I want them to refund the cost of the tank, half of the bill (because they sent the wrong truck), and whatever my grandma's bed is worth (probably around 3K). My husband can swear that the tank was dropped, and the bed couldn't go in a box, so how did it get scratched so bad? The movers even admitted that the tank fell.
