I placed an order on January 15, 2025 and paid for express shipping (7-10 business days). The item has been sitting in a shipping facility in Jamaica NJ for 6 days. I emailed the company and they assured me that I would get my order. Tomorrow will be 10 business days and it still hasn’t moved from the shipping facility in NJ. I live in PA and could have picked this up in one day. This is unacceptable. I want my purchase delivered now or need a full refund ASAP.
