I ordered on dec 27th, an email sent with confirmation and order number immediately following. No order, no email regarding shipment and it's the end on january. I have emailed several times, tried live chat (Stating there was 1 person ahead of me to wait 25minutes then being put down to 5 people ahead of me) , i've called twice with no response! This company is a scam! I will be contacting bbb and disputing my charges. Do not order from them!

I ordered a Yeti Rambler Hot Pink Powder Coated 30oz Cup for $29.99 and a Hard Plastic Color Straws For Yeti Rambler Cups- 15 Piece Set - White for $7.99 on 12/29/2016. I have sent two emails to this company and have yet to receive a response and my order has still not arrived. I cannot believe a "company" is able to get away with such robbery!
Placed my $65 order on 12/20/16...same as everyone else on here..have not recieved it, can't get anywhere with their "customer service" (if that's what you wanna call it) and so I will take the advice on here and disputed the charges with my cc company...thanks!
