OurTime.com review: No response from customer service

No response from customer service. I signed up with a brand-new profile. The next day, I could not login. My error was: Account locked; contact customer service. Well I used the contact form and get a auto replay to reset password. The link to reset was never received.

All I get is auto replies for customer service and can't login.
They hold my CC hostage. I can't even get to delete my profile.
